Hi and welcome to my Travel Leaders Agent Profile! I became an agent in 2022 and I decided to do this because as someone who travels with family I know how special traveling can be, the memories that are made, and the time spent with those you love.
There are so many wonderful and beautiful places in this world and so many people want to experience all the world has to offer. This is where I can help travelers make their travel dreams come true. I can book destinations near and far - European destinations, Cruises, All Inclusive, Disney, Universal, or it could also be a weekend stay at the beach or the mountain - the possibilities are endless and the list is ever growing.
I have been to Disney World about 45 times in the past 5 years. So when it comes to Disney travel below are just a few of my favorite things:

My goal for traveling is to eventually travel to Vienna, Austria to see where my Oma was born and raised and then visit Scotland and Ireland with my family as my Opa's side of the family is Scottish Irish and on my husbands side of the family is Scottish.
Working with me as an agent I will help you and your family customize the trip you want and be there for you every step of the way. Whether it's a Disney Vacation or a weekend trip to the beach. Magic and memories can be made wherever you go with your family!

Shannon was great to work with from the start! She was very patient with me as I was initially indecisive picking a location. She was always quick to respond to my questions/ messages. She checked in with us the day we arrived at our resort to ensure we didn’t encounter any issues as well as at the conclusion of our trip to be sure we were satisfied. I will definitely be booking our future trips with her!

Great experience! Shannon was very helpful and quick to respond. She researched for us and helped us to plan the best-belated honeymoon! I could easily tell Shannon took pride in making sure our wishes were fulfilled and she did all she could to ensure we had the best trip. We had an issue getting home (Delta flight problem, nothing shannon did!) and she stayed in touch with us throughout the day/night to make sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate Shannon's hard work and I am already working with her again for a future trip!

Shannon was amazing. She answered all of my questions, woke up early to get my dining reservations, checked in on us, and went above and beyond. This was my son’s first trip. This was our first time booking a trip to Disney world. It had been over a decade since anyone in my household had been previously. That said, there have been all kinds of changes and updates to how it’s done from ticket purchases, hotel/resorts, dinning options, park hoppers, etc. that we just had no idea where to start. Mrs. Murray was beyond an expert on all of this and truly cared about what we were trying to accomplish with this trip. She took time to fully explain in detail the answers to all of our questions. I could not be more happy with her services and will recommend her to anyone I can.
