We have used Travel Agents in the past and Sydney is by far the best!! There were 10 of us, all together and everything went smoothly. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Sydney provided outstanding travel assistance with our trip. She was knowledgeable, responsive, polite and professional. We were clueless as to (1) what ski resort we wanted to visit and (2) where to stay once we decided. She helped us find the perfect place for our family, which included 4 80+, 3 50+ and 3 20+ year olds. We had to find the right accommodations for elderly, with activities appropriate for a wide range of age groups. I highly recommend Sydney for your travel plans!

Disappointing due to weather

Sydney was great to work with and found us the perfect place to stay. She was very responsive to our questions and answered them in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the weather was pretty lousy so it wasn't a great trip to a beach. We did find other things to do, but it was disappointing, Just a chance you take when you plan a beach trip!

Sydney was the best to work with! She planned out the best itinerary for us on our recent trip to celebrate our anniversary. We were able to visit Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Parks and even a day in Sedona. Leading up to the trip, she was always there if I had a question or another idea for our trip. During our trip, we had an issue with one of our tours changing the location the same day and she was ready to help with one phone call. Sydney made this such a memorable trip for us. Not know anything about the area, it helped that she was familiar with it as far as our schedule.
We will definitely be using her again for our next trip!

Our first snow vacation

Sydney is a great communicator and is absolutely fantastic at planning a fun vacation. She worked with me via email, phone, and text. I really appreciate how on top of everything she was and how quick she answered questions.Sydney handled our travel arrangements, car rentals, hotels/cabins, and planning events (tours, snow tubing locations, national parks, and fun things for kids to do). She also gave tons of helpful information for packing (my family never has experienced snow). Sydney truly helped us and we would not have been able to planned such a great trip on our own.
Aside from being incredibly competent, Sydney has a great personality and is delightful to talk to. She is a very nice person. She obviously loves what she does and it shows in her work.

Sydney is such an amazing travel agent and she helped us plan a last minute vacation to a beautiful all inclusive stay in St. Croix! It was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the whole week! She planned our activities and even made sure we were okay during our stay! She also helped me book parking last minute parking at the airport!
