We have used Travel Agents in the past and Sydney is by far the best!! There were 10 of us, all together and everything went smoothly. She was so patient and knowledgeable. Sydney planned our trip perfectly. She listened to our requests and made sure to curate our itinerary to fit our needs. Sydney went above and beyond. I was still able to reach her during our trip when a problem arose, she helped us find a solution!

Sydney provided outstanding travel assistance with our trip. She was knowledgeable, responsive, polite and professional. We were clueless as to (1) what ski resort we wanted to visit and (2) where to stay once we decided. She helped us find the perfect place for our family, which included 4 80+, 3 50+ and 3 20+ year olds. We had to find the right accommodations for elderly, with activities appropriate for a wide range of age groups. I highly recommend Sydney for your travel plans!

Unfortunately, the weather was pretty lousy so it wasn't a great trip to a beach. We did find other things to do, but it was disappointing, Just a chance you take when you plan a beach trip!

Sydney stepped right up to help us plan our Glacier Park trip, even though, at the time, she didn’t have a lot of experience in the area yet. She went above and beyond to help ensure I would be successful getting car permits by researching how to do this and sending a video so I’d know exactly what to do in the few moments I had for the online request at the exact moment the permits became available.
