She honestly was on top of everything! She sent us a message the morning we left, one when we were getting ready to board the plane, one when we landed and later the first day to make sure everything went smoothly and to ensure we had been taken care of. Heather was also very knowledgeable about the resort we were staying at and all they had to offer.

I first met Heather online and I was skeptical. After speaking to her in great length I knew she was more than knowledgeable and willing to help. The true test came when a hurricane hit Orlando and our trip was cancelled. I was devastated. Heather remained calm, reassured me and worked all night to save the most memorable trip with my daughter. I am forever grateful to Heather. I would recommend her for any and all travel needs.

We asked Heather to help find a place in the Destin, FL area. We have stayed in the area off and on over the past 15 years. So, it was not like this was our first visit. With the details regarding our requirements and expectations she gave us a short list of locations for us to review and if we needed more to just ask. Needless to say we found where we stayed within this list. It was easy painless. We enjoyed our stay. There was a slight issue with the property. Heather quickly helped providing advice and it was resolved and we were very happy with the outcome. Will definitely plan again with her and I recommend you do the same.
