Jessica was fantastic! Nothing went wrong, she planned perfectly for us not even knowing a full family dynamic! Even my Dad who is 81 has the time of his life!

Working with Jessica was a pleasure from the beginning to end. She sent us multiple resort options to choose from after my husband reached out to her about an anniversary trip and gave excellent advice on location, the differences between the resorts, etc. She was so helpful when we had questions and a tough time choosing between the resorts and helped us narrow it down based on what was important to us. When it came to executing all of the details of the trip, have to think of a thing and she even helped us with private transportation to and from the resort. Every detail was taken care of and provided for us and our trip was everything we could have hoped for and more. Truly 5 star experience working with Jessica. We were prepared for everything from what to bring, to tips for travel and things to do, tons of information about our resort, and even helpful tips on gratuity so we had some guidance to go by. She’s absolutely the best travel agent I’ve ever had. There were 22 of us and we all were on the same flight arriving and departing. Transfers were prompt and very accommodating. I didn’t have to worry about anything! Jessica checked on us often to be sure everything went smoothly.

Jessica was awesome to work with on the speical 20th year anniversary trip. This was our first cruise and we were nervous. Jessica took great care of us and the tips about what to expect in a foreign country helps. Like timeshare and other unnecessary purchases or fraud. She even helped me pay my checked bags when the phone app wasn’t working while I was abroad. We will be using her next time we book a trip.
