Our travel was booked with Neal in 2019 but because of Covid it was cancelled until July 2022. Neal was extremely helpful in getting our party of 10 rebooked for those years. A bucket list trip!

Neal Miller is the best Travel Agent I have ever worked with! His customer service is impeccable! Having never been to Hawaii, I wanted someone that was knowledgeable with the Islands. Neal was that person. He was able to listen to what I wanted to see and experience; work within our two week time frame and most importantly our budget, and plan the most amazing trip for us! Up until we left, he kept in constant communication with us. All of our travel documents, excursions on the Islands (Neal had the best recommendations and contacts for some exciting excursions we did) were so well organized for us. We were treated as VIP's at each Hotel location Neal chose for us! We were so surprised when we arrived at each Resort location, Neal had a special, very generous gift for us!! Wonderful Honeymoon Experience

Neal Came to the Rescue, After Another Company Screwed Up

Listen Carefully. After using Neal's company to book our trips in the past, we went instead with a neighbor this year over at Century Travel, and ended up -running back- to Neal to fix our reservations to Hawaii. He did so kindly. Neal is -fast-, courteous, and understand the needs, standards and budget of his clients. Speed is key when trying to book flights. The guy we left dragged his feet, and ticket costs skyrocketed by 1k for first class. If you're a frequent flier like me (Platinum on Delta) here's the value added to using Neal. -the headache of booking, and getting best rooms etc, is his. -at MOST, you pay the same amount as if you booked the trip yourself, but you get more in upgrades, room selection, perks, and of course personalized service. -on anniversaries, he's had everything from chocolates to champagne waiting in the room. We learned the hard way. Use Neal. He's a real professional.

We started planning this trip with 23 people pre covid. We had our dates set and we were going in August of 2021. Neal Miller had our trip planned out and we were all excited. Then Covid19 hit. Everything was on hold. The one positive thing from all of this at that time, was Neal, keeping us updated with all the information and all our options at all times. 2 1/2 years later and down two couples due to unforseen situations our trip finally happened. Our trip went off without a hitch. From the ground transportation to our air flights and to our actual land and sea cruise everything went so smoothly. On the occasions that we needed some added information Neal was always available to answer any questions we had. Our 10 day trip to Alaska was definitely one of our greatest vacations ever and due to all the hard work of Neal Miller Travel one of the most planned out trips that we had with absolutely no problems along the way. Great Trip to Costa Rica planned by Neal Miller

Neal did a great job in securing a early flight to Costa Rica and a late flight back from Costa Rica so we could get the most time in Costa Rica for our trip. His recommendation of the Westin in Costa Rica was spot on as we were very pleased with the wildlife, the accommodations, the food, the drinks and the awesome service. Neal surprised us with a Welcome Package upon our arrival which was a nice touch. Neal also secured our nightly dinner reservations in advance. Likewise, Neal made sure that the hotel staff was on top of any needs that we needed during our trip. We will use Neal again and we have recommended him to our friends. P.S. If you ever plan to go to Hawaii, Neal is a Hawaii Specialist.

"Trip was great . The scenery was incredible, the hotels were excellent and the weather was beautiful. . We had a lot of good meals { Dukes was our favorite}. Road to Hana trip and a full day tour of Kauai that were both great . The Pearl Harbor and Arizona tour was very emotional . If you’re on the fence about booking with Neal, don’t be. Do it. 100%. As I’m sitting in the airport waiting to board the return flight home I have goosebumps and I’m even getting slightly emotional. 8 amazing days.
The stay Neal arranged for us was so amazing it’s nearly beyond the description of words. From the attentiveness to the smallest of details to always being there when we had a question. I can’t even begin to cover just how immaculate our vacation truly was. He handled absolutely everything without even being asked.

The trip that almost didn't happen!

Don't even know where to start! My husband ended up in the hospital the day we were supposed to leave, but got the "all clear" from the doctors late in the afternoon. Neal was able to scramble and get us our vacation, pretty much exactly the same, but leaving the next day! We will definitely be using him for any of our future trips AND we'll be telling everyone they should use him too!

I've been travelling extensively for years, and I love the planning part of a vacation, so I generally don't use a travel agent. But our family has been using Neal's services for the past 5+ years for our annual holiday trip. With four of us traveling from all different parts of the country, often on different days, the logistics are confusing, at best, and Neal has been able to organize the perfect itinerary for our gang, year after year. I've tried navigating through the countless all-inclusive resort options myself, but Neal always finds a better deal that meets all of our needs, often with nicer accommodations. He is a pleasure to work with, too-- responds quickly to emails (I always have lots of questions!), which makes planning super easy.

He sometimes knows better than we do about what will work for us, and what won't. He's that good. We made the mistake of trying someone different one year, and ran back to Neal to save the day. I'm also big about value added service. I would not use Neal for setting things up unless I thought there was value added. And what always ends up happening is that we spend the same amount, or less, and get more by using him.

My wife and I were excited to celebrate our 10-year anniversary in Hawaii (Maui and Kauai) but did not have a clue of where to stay or what to see and do. Since we were already in over our heads with wedding planning, the last thing we wanted to take on was the daunting task of planning our honeymoon. Thankfully we found Neal Miller Travel Agency through an online search and it was the best decision we made. Hands down. He handled every last detail--from the upgraded Sky Priority airline tickets to the rental car, to the gorgeous hotel resort and room with the perfect view, to each amazing excursion--and on top of that he added personal touches to make us feel even extra special (thank you for the bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries!). I was referred to Neal Miller by a professional friend who was raised in Hawaii and goes back often. This was the first good sign I had the right person. I told Neal roughly what I wanted to do and showed him a few links of what I had found online. Neal took these ideas and then changed up some of the providers I had found and booked my trip with everything I wanted and activities balanced out among the days we stayed. I came to find out that the activities he booked were with the providers that were most highly rated and at various Luau's and shows I had front seats ! Everything he did was perfect without room for improvement. Somehow he even managed to schedule perfect weather...and after the great job he did on everything else I believe he could have had a hand in that too.

We heard through a friend of a friend that Neal was a Hawaii expert so we contacted him to see about planning an anniversary trip to both Oahu and Maui. Neal is a godsend. A friend of mine told me about him several years ago when my younger son was getting married and I wanted to gift them with their honeymoon. He made it so very easy, so it was just a natural response when my daughter started planning her wedding and honeymoon this past winter that I thought of Neal. She at first attempted to do it on her own and the stress was mounting daily, I suggested we turn it over to Neal, she agreed. Neal took the ball and ran with it. The trip to and from Greece will be seamless and they will be happy and I know I'm thrilled. It's much easier dealing with a bride that has some of the stress relieved. Several years ago we were going to be unavailable to book a vacation at the time the reservation period opened. We found Neal's information on the group charter web site. Living in NY we were concerned that forming an online relationship with a travel agent might be difficult, even risky. Wow! Our concerns were unjustified.
Neal has been handling our domestic and international vacations for years now. He has taken the worry out of trip planning. He's arranged car service, hotels, cruise reservations and more for us when traveling to Europe and within the US. Neal is more like a friend than our travel specialist.

I have been associated with the Neal Miller Travel Agency for a long time and I can only say, the agency is professional and always to answer question no matter how small or big. Every time I called to seek out information about a cruise or a last minute trip, Neal is always there to answer my questions and to give suggestions to make my trip enjoyable. Neal never seems to have an attitude or rude when I ask the most what I consider "crazy questions". He always have a smile in his voice and bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable.

Celebrate my 80th Birthday it was best trip ever

It was an easy and pleasant experience working with Neal through the entire process, planning, execution and addressing any hiccups that, that occurrednot due to Neal's plan but others who were important for us getting to the activity. He resolved the problems on the spot and we got to all of our activites.

Makes planning a trip stress free

Neal is extremely helpful. He planned a trip to Maui for me and my famiily last summer and we had such a great experience, we are using him again this summer for a venture to Playa del Carmen. Neal's biggest strenght is that he actually has been to alot of these places in Hawaii, the Carribean etc many times and knows exactly where to stay, what to do and all the little details you need to know to have a stress free and wonderful time. His reponse back to you via email is extremely fast. We have had great experiences with his company. Anyone wanting to go to Maui should call Neal for sure! I'm sure our Playa del Carmen vacation this year will be just as fantastic. Highly recommended A+++++++++ knowledge and service!

Anyone who has had the pleasure of working with Neal Miller to plan a vacation will never be able to work with anyone else again! I was referred to Neal by a friend who always takes the most fabulous vacations, so of course I had to know who he worked with to plan them. When I contacted Neal, he was himself on a vacation out of the country but STILL got back to me immediately and let me know when he would be able to talk, and of course I heard from him even sooner than that. Neal is the consummate professional -- personable, super knowledgeable, instantly responsive, communicative, handles everything, detail-oriented, listens to what you want, follows up, has connections everywhere and leverages them, and lives to please his clients. As if that weren't enough, he's also a total delight with a fun personality. Why would you work with anyone else??

Neal has planned all of our vacations....cruises, Hawaii, Mexico, Las Vegas, Florida...etc. The only thing you need to worry about is packing.....he will take care of everything else. Always top shelf accomodations and service. Would recommend Neal Miller Travel Agency to everyone!

I was referred to Neal by a family friend/relative. They advised he was excellent at what he does and that we would be in great hands. I couldn't agree more! We spoke over the phone multiple times and corresponded via email.
Neal was extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We discussed our budget, travel needs/likes/dislikes and he made a resort recommendation that he thought would be perfect for our honeymoon. We booked our trip and had all confirmations in a timely manner. Booking was a breeze. We ABSOLUTELY loved the resort and would LOVE to go back ASAP. Thank you Neal for making our first BIG trip as newlyweds a success! We will definitely be contacting you for future adventures. It was an absolute pleasure working with you.
