Hope was awesome! She was quick to reply via email or FB messenger with any questions. Her emails with tips and such came in very useful when packing for our trip. Even when we checked into our room and there was a small issue, all I had to do was contact Hope and she handled the issue quickly. I highly recommend Hope to anyone that is planning a trip.

Hope was so helpful with planning my husband and I’s first cruise! She got us a great deal and was so knowledgeable about all things ‘cruise.’ She had recommendations for anything we asked about (excursions, hotels, etc.) and made sure we got what we were looking for. Hope was everything we could have wanted and more. She went above and beyond to give us everything we asked. She was always quick to respond and amazing at addressing any worries we had.
