She is really dedicated to our vacations. I always booked our cruises on my own without agents but I kept seeing her name referred over and over and over again and decided to see what all the fuss was able. She really changed my mind about agents... she was so detailed and even taught me many things I didn't know even after 27 cruises on my own! We now use her for all of our cruises and I swear every booking is easier and easier. We now just say the date and ship... she has everything from our information to our Crown and Anchor on file. Hands down the best! She booked our entire trip to Disney World. From hotel, tickets, and even dining. We had the best time for my girls first time. We are using her again for our Disney Cruise. I am not going to lie. I booked with her for two vacations and loved her. Then a friend booked through someone else and I though well this one time I will go with someone else. BIG mistake. Little thing I did not know about... they are not all the same, in fact Natasha is pretty different. She gives gifts, she replied to emails same day vs this other gal taking DAYS. I am so thankful she took us back because I was pretty embarrassed to come back after booking with someone else but I had no choice because the gal refused to respond to our emails! Even though Natasha was not our agent she took care of us and we will never book without her again... you could not pay me to do it!

We just returned from an awesome Cancun vacation and Natasha was amazing. We had a room issue with the resort and thankfully Natasha had provided us all the paperwork in this nice and neat in a binder that we pulled out and was able to show the resort what she booked us. With it all in writing they immediately moved us to a better room that we booked. We were so thankful we had that and to be honest... we thought it would just for looks vs that we would actually need it. Natasha from the get go was very responsive. I could aways count on having a response from her even on weekends and holidays... she was always there if we needed her. She listened exactly to our needs and delivered a complex travel plan to multiple countries in Europe for my family. She is phenomenal! She is so detailed and we just love her. At first she sent us cute magnets for our cruise doors as a surprise, but the more and more we booked with her she started surprising us with more! She was fantastic. We never used an agent before so we had no idea the ways she would be able to better our vacation from all of the vacations we have planned ourselves but she really surprised us.
