Hello & welcome! As a travel agent that loves to travel, my goal is to help people plan the most magical trip. My most frequent travels take place to Walt Disney World. I love strolling the world showcase at Epcot snacking and sipping delicious cultural food with wonderful people. I have a passion for Disney destinations and global travel. I love traveling with my family, I love taking trips with my daughters on a girls trip, I love solo trips, friends trips, and trips with my husband. I have traveled on multiple cruises & to the majestic tropics of Hawaii. My services are free to you & there is no extra cost to use a travel agent. My hesitancy in working with anyone was that they wouldn't listen to what my family needed and would pressure me in to making choices I didn't want to make. Working with Kristen was nothing like that. She listened, helped and guided us, and was a pleasure to work with. We didn't want to go 'all in' on Disney but rather try it out while staying at an off-site hotel. She helped make all of it happen without pushing us to go bigger. She also helped arrange experiences for us and we reached out for advice during our trip. It was great to know she was there if we needed her. I will definitely work with Kristen again!

Kristen made my first experience using a travel agent such an easy stress free process and putting all the worries I had in the beginning at ease. Such a relief! I thought travel agents were a scam but she definitely proved me wrong. From the 6am dining reservations, from the transportation booking, etc. she made my life easier. I received Kristen's contact information for a friend when I started looking into planning a family vacation to Disney at Christmas. Kristen was an absolute life saver! I had a large party (11 people) that I was trying to plan for and without Kristen I would have never been able to do it. She made sure we had our park ticket, that all of our profiles were linked and made dining reservation for us. Not only did she help with the planning before we arrived, but she was very attentive and helpful with last minute questions for the duration of our trip. She even texted me on Christmas day to make sure everything was going smoothly, and I didn't need anything. She went above and beyond what I expect and made it possible for us to have a very memorable family Christmas vacation with as little stress as possible.
