While I participate in webinars and online training courses as much as possible, I feel my personal travel experiences make me a true expert. I have traveled to many of the top resorts in these destinations, and have an indepth knowledge of what each facility has to offer.

I will never be able to put into words what Tracy did for me personally, I have loved Sea Turtles for a very long time, the house is covered in them and My first tat was a sea turtle, for those of you that do not know HONU is the Hawaiin word for sea turtle and my plates read Honu lv, when my husband spoke with Tracy he told her he really wanted to take me some place with sea turtles. She worked far and above to find the perfect place in Akumal Mx this trip brought me to tears as not only wren there sea turtle I got to be next to them snorkling with the most amazing guide ever , when that first turtle swam by me I was screaming in my mask crying Tracy words will never ever be enough to thank you for this bucket list experience I can not wait to see what is next for us and I know you will be our first contact

My family had never been on a large vacation so I was not comfortable trying to manage all of the details myself. Tracy was amazingly patient! She first gave me about 5 choices, within my price range, for the all inclusive vacation I was looking for. She has a lot of first hand knowledge of the resorts which also helps a great deal. Once we decided on a location Tracy looked at all of our options for travel so that we could spend the most time there. She also made sure that the layover we had allowed us enough time to make it to our next flight without stress! Throughout the process leading up to our trip I had many questions and Tracy answered every one-most of them immediately upon receiving my email! She also made sure that I had her cell number so that if anything occurred while on the trip, I could contact her. I did have a question or 2 during our trip, and once again, Tracy answered my text right away!

Tracy was so helpful in every way and I had gotten her name from my sister that used her and I have already passed her name on to other family member and friends that have asked. She always got back to me quickly on minor questions I had and sent updates on immigration and what to expect which was very nice. The Premium Suite was incredible nice and our view was priceless. We were very pleased at all of the searching she did to get us the experience we were hoping for! I highly recommend Tracy!

Tracy was great to work with. I am not a frequent traveler and have never been to Hawaii. I had so many questions and concerns while planning this trip there was no way I would have been able to put this vacation together without Tracy's help. She took care of everything from connecting flights to hotel reservations to car rental to excursions while on the Island. It was truly one stop shopping. My husband and I just got back from our trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and it was amazing! During the beginning stages of planning this trip Tracy was helpful, informative and a pleasant to work with! She found us multiple places in my price range and answered all of our questions promptly! I felt she went above and beyond our needs! I probably asked her about 10 questions a day leading up to the trip and she was always helpful! She even told our resort that it was our honeymoon so we had a bottle of champagne waiting and a sweet message in our room. That was a really nice touch and why I said she goes above and beyond! Our first trip to Jamaica, we really had narrowed it down to just a couple resorts. I had spent a lot of time looking before a friend recommended Tracy, and she beat the best price I could find by $500! We really started with her to get the best price, but she ultimately provided us with some details and expectations that we would have never had if we had done this on our own.
Year two (just this past March), we really put her to the test with our Costa Rica excursion. When we started we didn't know what location, we didn't know exactly how long, dates, etc...basically we just knew we wanted a vacation somewhere nice! Tracy put up with a lot of audibles and questions like a pro. There were quite a few times where I was starting to feel a little guilty with all of the changes of plans. I never sensed one ounce of frustration, and her response times were remarkable. It ended with another amazing vacation and memories that we will hold forever.

She was awesome, very efficient! She was very helpful checking into the alerts in the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen area, and kept us informed of the situation. When we decided to move resorts, she found us a perfect substitute, that we fell love with and will return to in the future. She was friendly, and quite patient with my neurotic self lol!
