I have always had a love for travel, culture, and history. I can remember, I was always planning trips with a road map, encyclopedia, and travel books. I then started researching excursions using the internet. My first trip I did was we drove from North Idaho through Washington, Oregon, and ended in Santa Cruz, Calif. Some of my favorite trips I have planned include Westward expansion trips starting in St. Louis and traversing through the western US, memorable trips to the French Quarter of New Orleans and concluding with an alligator visit! I put my heart into planning each and every trip; romantic cruises in Key Largo, cultural excursions in Belize, and helping people find those rare, out of the way parks and incredible points of interest that most people miss or have never heard of. I delight in researching, learning, and discovering this planet we call home. The world really is a magical, beautiful, and amazing place, and I am excited to help you enjoy and explore it!!

Romantic Kid Free Getaway!!

Beautiful romantic week to Key Largo planned completely by Heather. My husband and I both work full time, and are full time parents so anytime we get alone together is rare and means a lot. With that said, our week long vacation to Key Largo meant the world to us both. We flew into Miami, had a fun, sporty, no kids allowed, rental car waiting for us upon arrival, checked into our hotel steps from the pristine beach and the gorgeous blue water. Heather planned all of our excursions with our highlight being the glass bottom boat tour. It was truly magical and a vacation we will remember forever. Heather made everything so easy and carefree. She was just as excited for us to go as we were to go. I will email her any and every time we are planning a trip or getaway. She is wonderful! I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

We had a super quick trip to Idaho Falls, Id for a friend's wedding and had no idea of how to even get there let alone where to stay while we were there. Dream Honeymoon

I hosted an annual guy/golf/baseball trip this year. First time using a travel agent. After some research, I reached out to Heather. So glad that I did! Heather was fantastic. She took the time to understand the intent, approach, and vibe of our trip. She was patient with my often delayed responses, always there to help, and provided great insight. She handled details like waking up early to schedule golf. Much appreciated!All smooth until leaving day. First time we went with a VBRO option over a hotel. Heather picked some great options and I was excited about our "campus". However, a previous guest ruined our selection. Heather was on it and even drove out to see the alternative being offered. She wanted better for us and offered a plan B. Before I knew it, we were all set again!
Helpful communication continued throughout. Our trip would not have been the same without Heather's attitude, skill, experience, and knowledge. We all toasted Heather several times!

Life changing trip!

Middle of October came quicker than I expected. I was supposed to be flying to Cartagena, Colombia for a friend's birthday in November and still didn’t have my flight booked. I quickly googled and up popped Heather. I called and quickly explained my predicament: no flight, nothing planned, etc. Within an hour Heather had my flight booked, a list of things to do in Cartagena, and a week before I left I had a list of what to do, what to pack, as well as what not to do, and what not to pack.Once in Colombia is when I became a true believer in her services, from a boat ride with only our party on it, to an island that was next to secluded, to her advice on making passport copies everything she recommended was on point.
Power went out in Cartagena and I was able to call her at 7am on a Sunday to ask about my flight. She had already looked up my flight and had been tracking it to make sure it was on time. She is unbelievable!
I am already having her plan my return trip to Colo

Working with Ms. Heather was easy. She made my trip planning process effortlessly. I do a lot of traveling for the military and work and a lot of things are last minute. Carving out time to book hotels and other details while pack and preparing to travel can be stressful. I called her, let her know my destination and travel dates and she took it from there. Heather changed my view on travel agents and I can't imagine planning another trip without her help! I was struggling to plan my honeymoon in a timely manner using another agent, but Heather stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. She took our requests over a few phone calls and in a matter of days, we were booked! While we have yet to go on the trip itself, I know it is the perfect location for us and the planning experience alone was enough for me to want to leave a review. Heather was very easy to work with and knew exactly what our needs were for our first trip ever and not even knowing us as a family She was also there for every phone call that I needed to make because I’m not in app friendly type of person. It had troubles working the app, which is just my lack of knowledge with phones. I will be using her again and from now on. Heather planned everything, even got us the self guided drive information for the Everglades. She made sure we were aware of things to do and don't do (like don't park by vultures). Gave us great recommendations for food in the area (we didn’t camp). She saved me a ton of planning time and made my life wayyyyy easier! Beautiful lake for boating, paddle boarding & fishing! So many awesome hiking and mountain biking trails! UnBELIZEable Vacation
Oh my goodness.Heather is amazing!! From the time I contacted her about planning our trip to the time we got home, she was with us every step of the way. Heather is very knowledgeable, knows what questions to ask, and plans the best trip possible. We had a couple of hiccups during our trip, but Heather was on top of things and took care of everything. My husband and I had an amazing time. The resort Heather picked was perfect and the staff there treated us like family. The tour company Heather scheduled for our Snorkeling tour was very kind and helpful. They even did a couple of extra things just to make it special. So I must give a shout out to Ramon's Resort and Ridge and Reefs! Heather.I cannot thank you enough for everything.
