Kristen is very pleasant to work with, and is diligent in putting together the trip we wanted, while also making suggestions that were perfect! She has a great network with which her planning all comes together. We like a fair amount of unstructured time, layered upon an itinerary which gets us to where we want to go and the sites we want to see, and she was able to piece together the perfect balance. From arriving at the airport, to the transportation at the destination, to a mix of perfect accommodations along the way, and some very nice surprises thrown in, she nailed it! I had never used a travel advisor before because, "I can do it myself". Wrong! She can do it so much better and take the burden off of me. She's got my business moving forward, and she has my highest recommendation. What a gem!

She is a good communicator and kept us apprised of each stage of the planning. She listened to the things we wanted to experience on our trip and offered suggestions of other things we might want to try, which was very much appreciated. Kristen took what would have been an overwhelming process for us to plan and gave us the peace of mind that all the details of our trip would be handled. We traveled to Dublin, Ireland and three cities in Italy, and it was truly an amazing vacation. I will definitely recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a seamless planning experience.
