I had a great experience working with Jessica for my family's trip to Mexico. She gave us a few options of great resorts within our budget and detailed descriptions of each resort to chose from. This was my first trip internationally, and I was not sure what to expect, and Jessica urged us to contact her with any questions we may have, and I had a lot. She responded to all my questions in a timely manner, and even checked up on us once we arrived in Mexico. The resort we stayed at was gorgeous and had everything we wanted. I will recommend Jessica to anyone looking to plan a vacation.

Jessica has the patience of a saint! We were extremely indecisive (when to go, what airline, which flight, what resort room) and Jessica walked us through every possible option until we finally found the right one! We wanted to book an excursion but we waited until the last minute to tell her. She still was able to help us find what we wanted! Her knowledge, positive attitude and excitement about travel helped ensure we were making the right choices for our family. We are already working with her on planning our next adventure!

Jessica was so helpful in planning my trip last minute. Jessica sent me multiple options and patiently discuss/answered my questions about each option multiple times. She also gave me very specific instructions to take with me about maneuvering through the airport, finding my transportation, what to bring and what to expect! So happy I utilized her expertise! Jessica was amazing from the first call about the idea of the trip to making it a reality! The recommendations for food and activities were great. The hotel was stellar! When we were in limbo at the airport from cancelled flights, Jessica was right there to make sure we didn’t miss a day in Chicago. I can’t thank her enough. Amazing experience!!

Jessica was very thorough through the whole planning process. She was very detailed and asked us many questions that led her to pick the perfect resort for us and our needs. She did an amazing job staying within our budget, but yet gave us exactly what we wanted. She truly stands by her words when she says give her a call at anytime we feel the need and she will assist. Because she did just that, before, during and after our trip. We encountered a weird issue at the airport and she answered our phone calls each time we called her. After the trip we gave her a call to help assist us in getting answers from the resort when we left a personal belonging there. She helped us and contacted them to get more answers on how we can receive the item. I have recommended her to so many people, because she truly went above and beyond as a travel agent.

Jessica,( I call her Jess) cause she’s like family n I’ve only just met her, but she was the sweetest, n she worked so hard n efficiently to help us with our trip to Isla Mujeres, now we are an older couple n both computer/ technology illiterate lol, n she made our trip so easy to navigate n she is great! She set up all our request n made our trip wonderful, thank you Jess for all your help ??
