Rose was the consummate professional. She is very easy to work with. Prompt in answering text messages, phone calls and e-mails. She fought for us when it came to discrepancies on the villa contract. She arranged for transportation to and from the airport. This was the first time we both booked a villa in Sorrento Italy so we all learned a lot. And I would do it all over again. This vacation was a dream come true. Loved Loved Loved it all!!!

she was great, very knowledgeable and professional, great guide throughout the trip, this cruise was one of the best I’ve been on, we had so much fun, I sailed in the past with Carnival and even though I didn’t have a bad experience there, this one was one of the best, I loved the food items, great dining, great entertainment, especially the club nights, the manor reminded me of the old NYC night clubs I use to attend to, the energy of all the people and staff on board was great, over all it was a great getaway that I needed.

Rosemary is the Best! She ensured my and my family was set-up correctly from start to finish. For I came on the very end of the planning and Rosemary worked to make sure I was the flight with my family and hotel. She even worked with me to tailor my trip for my separate return.
