The trip to Chicago was absolutely great! Everything was organized. The bus was near and clean. The hotel was also clean and hospitable, and a good distance from most attractions. TiJuana was very caring and made sure to keep in touch with everyone on the trip to make sure that we were all having a great time.

Awesome Family Trip

We worked with Tijuana to organize a family vacation. We went on a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas. She made working with a large group of family members very easy. She was in constant communication with everyone making sure we knew our deadlines and providing great tips for first time cruisers.

We have never used a travel agent before. This was a very special trip so I went looking for one. I went online for my search. I brought a few up and read the reviews people had left. Mrs. TiJuana Jones's agency, Transcendental Travels, had wonderful reviews! So I made an appointment. Tijuanna is such a lovely person! She took her time and she listened to everything I wanted for our vacation. This woman will bend over backwards to make sure everything is correct and on point for you! She goes above and beyond! Our vacation was our trip of a lifetime! I know some people like to play up a business or a person, but I'm telling you honestly and from my heart that Tijuanna Jones IS the travel agent you want to use!

Mrs. Brown, (Transcendent Travels), is very professional and complete when booking my vacation stay. She was very thorough considering one traveler was wheelchair handicapped and elderly. The perfect hotel, location and accomodations were reserved and I could not have chosen a better agent to work with.
