Katrina Ellison
Special Needs Families and Cruise Travel Agent
My husband and I in Maui!
I've recently embarked on my journey as a travel agent, yet my familiarity with travel runs deep. Growing up, my family's penchant for exploration instilled in me a profound appreciation for diverse destinations. Disney holds a special place in my heart, its enchanting allure captivating me during both land and cruise adventures. My passion for travel further flourished during my college years when I studied abroad in Australia, where I developed a profound connection to the South Pacific region.
Subsequently, I immersed myself in the Marshallese culture, teaching English and Math to elementary students. It was there that I laid the foundation for my own family, cherishing the rich experiences and cultural immersion the Marshall Islands offered. Transitioning to this remote destination often involved layovers in Hawaii, fostering my intimate knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands.
Now, as a parent of three wonderful children and a partner to a fellow travel enthusiast, our family's wanderlust continues to drive us. We thrive on delving into the intricacies of new destinations, not only seeking out the must-visit spots but also endeavoring to understand the local culture on a deeper level. With one of our children being Autistic, I am particularly attuned to the unique needs of families seeking inclusive and accommodating travel experiences. My aim is to assist families in meticulously planning their dream vacations, ensuring that every member of the family can revel in the magic of travel.
