Working with Rene was great. He provided all the information upfront to allow us to book the riverboat cruise. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive about the expense of the cruise. But he was 100% right on. The cruise was fabulous, a very memorable experience. So much so that we are considering another cruise in the near future. Once we had booked the cruise,he and his staff followed up with all the information and cruise documents in a timely manner.
