Maria made our Italy honeymoon one for the books! She made the planning very easy for us! My now wife and I have never been to Italy, but we knew we wanted to go to Rome! We had 13 vacation days with travel and Maria put together the perfect itinerary! She gave us many cities to choose from and we ended up going with Lake Como, Florence and Rome! She booked all of our flights, hotels, excursions, and train rides! She also had private cars that took us to and from the airport in Italy! The entire trip itinerary was on an app that my wife and I were on with Maria, so we could talk to Maria through that or email if we needed too! My fiancé and I were looking for a unique, cozy place to travel to for our honeymoon. We had some specific things that we for sure knew we wanted and things we knew we didn't. Maria was great! She sent us several PowerPoint presentations of different resorts and gave us her expert advice we found the PERFECT honeymoon destination. I also wanted to set up a honeymoon registry so our guests could have the option to give us a zip line tour or a couple message instead of a boring toaster. She was easy to work with and helped me every step of the way.

Our process began with lots of communication - she did a great job figuring out exactly what it was we were looking for & sharing different ideas with us to create a trip that suited our interests. She was very organized & mindful of our budget & did a great job finding nice places for us within our price range. Throughout everything, Maria was very responsive & easy to get in touch with. This was a HUGE help for us when we ran into issues with our flights (which actually had been booked by us personally) - we just emailed Maria & she worked to move things around for us. Maria is a sweet and very knowledgeable agent! She helped planned my weddingmoon and I couldn't ask for someone better! My husband and I haven't traveled out of the country and she made it easy and made sure everything went smoothly from finish to start. Even after we came back we were still in touch. I definitely refer her to friends and family and will use her from now on as our travel agent! She is not all about business she cares and takes her job on a personal level of service! She is a lady true to her words and humbly delivers a superior accomplish of a dream that comes alive. ALL my worries were hers, she encouraged me many times when I was hopeful. You see Mrs. Maria help me planned an beautiful destination wedding in Jamaica with all the royal treatments, yes, my husband and I were treated like a king a queen and that wasn't for one day that was ALL seven days; from breakfast serve by a butler with white gloves, to butlers with white gloves picking us up and dropping us off to all events and escorting us and guess to tables, placing napkins in laps and pouring the first bottle of wine. Yes, the butlers made the evening reservations, brought out lunch and drinks in a matter of minutes, and all we did was use our resort given cell phone. She made sure we got the whistles, couples massages, special surprise arrangements in the room; bubble baths yes, pebbles in the water decorative, oh and the water was just perfect when what a surprise. YES, EVERYTHING WAS fantastic!!!! But it doesn't stop there, she has schedule all cruises which are about four and she is working on one right now for the family, plus she doesn't my anniversary vacation yearly.

She was on the ball with getting all of our travel plans situated and communicated to us clearly.

Maria made our trip stress and worry free. Prior to our honeymoon, we bought a house and had to plan the wedding. Maria took all of the actions necessary to ensure that our honeymoon would not feel like something we needed to stress about planning. Everthing on our vacation went so smooth, Maria arranged private transportation to and from airport, VIP check in and out, and our resort in punta cana was very nice. Maria will definitely be our travel agent for future vacations.

Maria put together a group trip for about 10 people. We were all on a budget and of course. maria gave us a good, better, best option. I loved that we gave her a certain location and she expanded it to other places Close by to where we can het more bang for our buck. She is always friendly and super fast. Ms. Maria is very great at her work! She helped my husand and I narrow our choices for our honeymoon. I had an idea but wasn't sure where to go and how it all worked. Thankful for Ms. Maria, she is excellent, fast, and responds quickly to emails. She even had all of our paper work ready for us when it was mailed to us for our honeymoon. Maria guided us each step of the way. All of our paperwork was in order for our trip. The tips about purchasing the tourist card and using the passport app were very helpful in saving us time! I would make one suggestion though...we felt like we were unaware of dress code for restaurants at the resort. The guys in our party were not prepared with long pant and closed toe shoes for each night at dinner. We were not able to eat in some of the restaurants due to the dress code.

We could not have asked for a better travel agent! From start to finish, she was there when we needed her. The day of our depature to our honeymoon the flight was delayed almost two hours. No one was assisting us at the airport and I called Maria and she was able to get us information on our flight within 5 minutes! To be honest, I have always used Cheap Carribean as our travel specialist. This year I had tried to book there with a agent and kept getting the run around. I saw Maria's ad on facebook and started messaging with her. She was very quick to answer my emails and texts.
