I have been a licensed travel consultant for over 20 years and the owner of Around The World Travel Agency, Inc.   My agency has been a family owned business for over 45 years servicing the Metro Atlanta area, East Tennessee and country wide.  I have a vast knowledge of the travel industry with personal travel experiences throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Central America, Canada and the United States.  I have cruised 30+ times ranging from the largest ship in the world to small, intimate river cruises and luxury ships.  I am a river cruise specialist having personal interest in that area coupled with escorted tours.  I am also a certified specialist with Avalon Waterways, Globus & Monograms, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Sandals Resorts, Palace Resorts, AM Resorts, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios,  and Windstar to name a few.

 As a destination wedding and honeymoon specialist I experienced first-hand the rewarding benefits of a well-planned destination wedding by saying my own vows at the Moon Palace in Cancun.

Group travel is another area of interest.  I work closely with Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Royal Caribbean International for high school bands and chorus organizations.  I also welcome smaller groups such as family reunions, girlfriend getaways and bachelor parties.

Being an adventure enthusiast,  I am knowledgeable in the areas of winter sports, scuba diving, white water rafting, fishing, hiking, biking and just about all outdoor activities as well as cultural programs for artistic and culinary interests.

I have had the privilege of hosting several cruises in the Distinctive Voyages program with groups of 10 - 269.  The cruises I have served as concierge host include Holland America Alaska, Celebrity Exotic Caribbean, Celebrity Scandinavia and Russia, Celebrity Mediterranean and Greek Isles, Seabourn's Legend  Caribbean Hideaways, Crystal Cruise Line Canada & New England and scheduled for Regent Seven Seas Mariner's Alaska Gold Rush to Golden Gate itinerary September 12, 2018.  Educating myself on each destination allows me to give our clients expert advise on each port of call,  hosting the private cocktail receptions and hosting an exclusive shore excursion.  These experiences offer professional and personal growth in the travel profession.
