It all started for me in the summer of 1996. My wife and I went on our first vacation ever--a cruise to Bermuda. I was instantly captivated and wanted to learn more. Over the next year, I researched the cruise business and travel industry in general. Then in August of 1997 I took the leap of faith and ALL ABOARD CRUISES & Travel was in business.
I was very new in the business and had a lot to learn. I attended hundreds of workshops over the years to educate myself on all the different cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. I never stop learning as the industry is constantly changing.
Since our inception in 1997, ALL ABOARD CRUISES & Travel has been voted as a finalist and/or #1 six different times by the News Journal Readers' Choice Awards in Delaware. I am very proud of these awards since we compete against major companies and come out on top most of the time.
Why do we keep winning awards? Simple. Customer Loyalty. Over the 17 years in business, I have serviced thousands of customers and today many are considered friends. My number one goal is to ensure that each and every one of my customers has the vacation of a lifetime. I want to build memories, one vacation at a time. On the rare occassion, problems occur, I do whatever it takes the make sure that the problem is resolved in a fair manner.

We have worked with Bill Page and his staff for the past 3 or 4 years in planning vacations. He and his staff are terrific to work with! I wouldn't think of using anyone else. We have always been pleased with his recommendations and the arrangements he has made for us. We couldn't ask for a better travel agent! He has arranged cruises, flights and hotel arrangements in the U.S. and elsewhere, and most recently a 5 day trip to Seattle followed by an Alaska cruise from Vancouver up the Inner Passage for 7 days followed by a 6 day land tour in Alaska! That was truly an awesome trip of a lifetime!

Bill Page of All Aboard Cruises and Travel has been the go-to guy for our group (ranging anywhere from 4-10 in any given year) for several years now. We tell him what we're looking for that year well in advance and he keeps an eye out for possibilities and deals while we do initial research independently.
Sometimes we find deals on the internet or elsewhere and tell him about them and he's always been able to match or do better. And, we much prefer the personal touch and having a person we're familiar with as a contact and resource rather than someone at the other end of an 800 number.
Bill's been to most of these destinations himself or has someone he just sent there as a reference. Case in point is last month's trip to Aruba for 9 of us. He just sent couples to the newly-renovated Riu Antilles (formerly Weston) and told us all their positive comments which helped sell us on the destination.
The only fly in the ointment of the entire trip was from Mother Nature herself. We were advised by Bill, and all previous travelers to Aruba of the constant 'breezes'. Well, our week the breezes turned into winds with even higher wind gusts up to 50 mph which made the beach (with the blowing sand) and even the pool less than pleasant at times. And let me add the 2 hours it took from the time we got dropped off at the airport for our return flight until we reached our gate to the very short list of unpleasantries that occurred through no one's fault in particular.
But, all else under human control was as Bill advertised and advised and all arrangements went off like clockwork.

We took our first cruise last May and it was one of the best experiences ever. My only regret is that we didn't start cruising before now. Everything was perfect from our travel agent (Bill Page) to all the people working on the ship.
Can't wait until next April when we will be going again.

We told Bill we wanted to do a destination vowel renewal for my in-laws. He recommended Beaches in Turks & Caicos. By the time we left, he had the entire trip spelled out in every little detail, so we would know what to expect. From the moment we left our driveway until we got back in our car at the airport, every detail was exactly as he planned. We even had a guest traveling with us who has special dietary needs. Every single meal was taken care of for her, in advance. This was the best trip ever! The entire family was so impressed with Bill and his planning that we immediately booked our next trip.

Bill has been my family's travel agent for years. He has booked six cruises for us. He is always very prompt in returning calls and emails and is very efficient when making bookings. Our last two cruises were post 2020, and Bill forwarded many emails from our cruise line concerning COVID regulation updates. Back in 2001 my friends, my wife and I wanted to go on a cruise. I searched and left contact info on numerous websites, Bill responded in 15 minutes! In the past 21 years Bill has provided the guidance needed in planning a super vacations. He has helped numerous friends and family on a variety of vacations.
Bill provides the best time, place, mode of transportation, and price for traveling.
Ask him for a suggestion, and he'll have several.
Bill has never failed to help when needed, even gave me his cell number in case there was a problem.
Bill is always upbeat and very personal. I don't just consider him my travel agent, but, a good friend.

Bill has helped us with travel arrangements for a couple of trips and he has always been very professional, keeping us updated with changes to our flight arrangements and anything else that came up. He also fought very hard for us to get our refund from the cruise line that we had to cancel a cruise on because of Covid. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance with their travel plans.

I met Bill Page and his family on a cruise to Bermuda many years ago and have used his travel agency All Aboard Cruises & Travel many times since then. This last trip was spectacular! He got us beautiful accommodations at the Majestic Hotel in Barcelona (superb) for 2 days before the 12 day Mediterranean cruise we would be taking from that point on. Every aspect of the trip was taken care of...we had no problems or worries - Bill, as usual, handled everything.
I would highly recommend Bill Page and All Aboard Cruises & Travel to anyone planning a trip...it's sure to be a success with them at the helm.

Every phase of the planning for all the trips has been handled professionally and with courtesy. I started using ALL ABOARD CRUISES & Travel when Bill first started. I found him on the Internet doing a search on cruises and decided to give him a call even though he is in Delaware and I am in new Jersey. It turned out to be the best call I ever made he was so helpful in us making a decision on what cruise line to take and were to go on our budget. Bill was there every step of the way start to finish on our booking to after the cruise. I cruised a lot in my days and used many of travel agents and in my opinion Bill is on top of the list. I only recommend ALL ABOARD CRUISES & Travel to my friends and family and they all use him. We were referred by Carolyn Chambliss & have worked with Bill Page and his staff for the past 3 or 4 years in planning vacations. He and his staff are terrific to work with! I wouldn't think of using anyone else. We have always been pleased with the arrangements he has made for us. The one time the vacation property was not up to his or our standards, Bill let them know and got us fair & satisfactory compensation. We couldn't ask for a better travel agent! He has arranged cruises, flights and hotel arrangements in the U.S. Canada and Europe, and including an 11 day 2015 Mediterranean Cruise & in 2013 a 3 day trip to Seattle followed by an Alaska cruise from Vancouver up the Inner Passage for 4 days followed by a 6 day land tour in Alaska! These were truly awesome trips of a lifetime!

Bill Page of All Aboard Cruises and Travel is excellent to deal with. I have used his services for both personal and group trips for 10 years. He is very organized and timely. You call for rates and Bill is usually back to you within an hour. If he is tied up he will let you know when he can get back to you and unlike other people he really gets back to you when he promised to do so.
I have recommended many individuals to him and each and everyone has given me nothing but positive feedback after dealing with him.

Everyone at All Aboard is excellent to deal with. They will match any price you will ever find for any cruise . When you are a returning customer you will most likely find some special treat in your cabin from them. They are always there to answer any and all of your questions. If the price ever drops after you book, don't worry as they will call you to inform you what you just saved. I think they are an outstanding service provider and by far the best the industry has to offer.

I have gone on many cruises and used All Aboard Cruise and Travel to make my arrangements. Bill Page goes above and beyond what a regular travel agent does. Every time I have called him and left a message it is usually within minutes that my phone rings and it is Bill to help me however he can.

Bill was a referral from some friends who are experienced travelers. I trust my friends, so I trusted Bill to plan our annual friends & family cruise vacation. Through out the process Bill provided all the necessary information about our cruise, the different ports and a few intangibles that made the different in our overall experience. I love the fact that Bill has been on all the cruise ships so he always had an answer for us about anything we wanted to know. They say it's not what you know but who....!
