Monique did a wonderful job planning a family trip for myself and my siblings to Williamsburg, VA. While I was already somewhat familiar with the area, she was able to provide us information on 'hidden gems' within the area that we were not aware of!
She was very thorough from the beginning to end of the trip by all the right questions to ensure she had all information needed to plan a wonderful family vacation. She was very responsive to all questions and did a great job of ensuring we were as prepared as possible for our long weekend. She made sure we were able to include fun activities for everyone (children and adults) as we visited Busch Gardens, Lounged out on the beach for a day, and we were even able to do a little retail therapy at the Tanger Outlets after a little wine tasting at the Williamsburg Winery (only the adults ;-) ). I cannot wait until my family is ready for another weekend retreat, as we will be reaching out to Monique for her wonderful services once again.

Monique to the time to listen to me and what I wanted in a trip and organized a wonderful trip for my family and I in Miami. Traveling with children can be difficult but she knew exactly where all of the family friendly places would be. Monique made the process easy and clear! She was extremely thorough and patient as she listened to what I was trying to accomplish and gave me a variety of different options that were what I was looking for. Traveling can be so overwhelming but Monique made sure I never felt way and that I was prepared for our trip. Beautiful beaches

Monique was great. She responded back quickly. I used her for recommendations for areas to stay in Puerto Rico and things to do, especially for kids. All of her recommendations were budget friendly and very helpful. We stayed in Carolina in an Air bnb with the beach in our backyard. The weather was perfect everyday. We visited old San Juan, and the children’s museum. I would love to go back to visit the lagoon, and experience the excursions. If you’re thinking about booking a trip with good beaches and fun activities PR is the place to book.

Monique is an excellent agent. Funny, answers all the questions with patience.
Explains everything so well.
She was very helpful in finding a resort that fit our needs and price range. The resort was AWESOME! It was comforting knowing we had an agent and resources available while traveling outside the US, in case of emergency.
