Alicia is a great travel agent who provides accurate updated information, timely responses to questions, and is attentive to her clients wishes! She is spirited and fun to work with! We highly recommend her!

We had a great experience with Alicia at Live A Little Travel in Elpaso, Il. She planned two big trips for us this summer. One trip was in July, a week in California with our 14 yr old grandsons. She arranged flights, perfect accommodations for us according to our itinerary, and a rental car that got us where we needed to be. We went to baseball games in Anaheim, Los Angeles and San Diego along with Disney Land, the beach and fun activities in between.
In August we flew to New York for a week with 4 teenage boys for another baseball game, sightseeing, 911 Memorial, Times Square, shopping, etc. We then took Amtrak to Toronto, Canada for another baseball game. We then flew out of Toronto for home.
Alicia made everything fall into place for us. We had absolutely no glitches!! We will absolutely be using her again for further travel.

Alicia was super easy to work with and very patient as we made SEVERAL changes to our itinerary! All accomodations, plane and train reservations and several tours that she recomended were all amazing!

We had a group of 8 couples looking for the perfect "friends" trip when we reached out to Alicia. From the start, she could not have been more accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. Alicia provided our group with a number of options that fit our price range, and when we picked a resort that was still under construction leading up to our trip, she regularly provided updates and alternatives in case construction wasn't complete. Fortunately, our resort was ready by the time of our arrival and we had an absolutely amazing trip. Our trip required several types of transportation from the plane we arrived on, to the airport shuttle to a dock, and eventually our boat ride to the resort. Each stage went as planed, and our group knew what to expect which diminished much of the stress of traveling. Alicia was very excited about the Impressions Isla Mujeres by Secrets resort we picked, and it truly lived up to our expectations.

With one what we were looking for. She helped us find the perfect adult only, all inclusive resort for our 20th anniversary getaway. It was beautiful and luxurious. We had an incredible swim out, ocean view suite.

Alicia is very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (we can be indecisive!). She researched several options for us and then helped guide us in making a decision. Provided lots of good information prior to our trip to help us make sure we were all ready to go. We had a great time and everything went very smoothly. Will definitly use Alicia again to help plan our next trip.

Alicia helped us pick a wonderful family friendly resort in the Dominican Republic and we loved it!! She is great about email responses in a timely manner and very knowledgeable about different destinations that meet our interests (rather that be family friendly or adults only). Alicia was super knowledgeable! When trying to find a place for our family (and three other families), she made the suggestion for us to go to Dreams Flora in the Dominican Republic. She planned our entire trip for us including our flight and the resort it went great. We met with her a couple weeks before to go over our itinerary where she made suggestions for when we were at the resort. When we had questions, she was quick to answer them. It was nice to be able to meet with someone in person but she did give us the option to have everything sent over email if we couldn't meet in person. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Alicia. Her suggestions were teriffic and she clearly knows a lot about her business. Our vacation was amazing and we will definitely be reaching out for help in planning our next trip!
