Not only did she ensure that the entire process of booking the trip went smoothly but she also checked in regularly throughout my trip to make sure things were going well and to see how she may be able to help. She made great recommendations as far as hotels (I stayed at Pop Century and I don’t think I’ll stay at a resort without skyliner access again).
