We had lots of questions and desires to make our 10th anniversary trip an unforgettable one, Matthew was knowledgeable to help guide us in our choices and flexible as well when we inevitably changed our minds or came up with another idea. Matt at Unique Luxury Travels calls himself a dream maker. He certainly lives up to this. Matt planned our "dream vacation" to Portugal - our first trip with our 15-month-old and our first vacation in some time.
I thought what I was looking for didn't exist: a luxury farm stay befitting foodies, animals for my one-year-old to see and a heated pool. He found it and it exceeded expectations.
That was just the start. Matt planned every detail of our entire trip and even came to the rescue when we had to rebook the whole trip a day before departure when our little one got sick.
I cannot recommend Matt and Unique Luxury Travels more highly.

The Perfect Trip to Europe

When I met Matt, my wife and I had just started planning a trip to see London, Bruges, and Amsterdam. We already had our flights but that was it. We didn't know where to stay, what we should do, or how to get from one city to the next. Matt is a seasoned traveler who is knowledgeable, resourceful, and thorough. If there was something he didn’t know, he would take the time to research it and get back to us right away. Matt respected our desire to plan some things ourselves and he helped fill in the gaps. He got us great rates on hotels, found the best excursions, and even helped make restaurant reservations. His skills shined when he found us a private tour guide to see Stonehenge and figured out the best way to get from city to city. Most importantly he ensured that the trip went smoothly with no mishaps. This was our first time hiring a travel consultant and plan on using him again in the future.

Matt got us an amazing deal on a cruise for my family to celebrate my father-in-law's milestone birthday. Matt gave us great options and was professional, taking care of every detail. He was patient, answered all our questions and walked us through all the information. He was knowledgeable about the ship we chose and helped us select the best rooms available. He also got us great added perks. Matt highlight wonderful shore excursions and gave us restaurant recommendations for the port we were in for the special birthday celebration. When I had an issue with the spelling of my name on my account on the cruise app, Matt was able to get it corrected and updated in no time. It was a tall order because everyone had different tastes and needs. A foodie, a beach person, a gym/adventurer person. Oh yeah, did I mention kids 9 and 6 years old!! A friend recommended Matt to me. I'm glad she did. Every travel advisor I ever used made me feel like I was hassling them. Matt made me feel important every step of the way.I contacted him for help with an all-inclusive in Mexico or the Caribbean. He asked me a lot of questions and took the time to listen to what I was saying. I was holding out on what I really wanted, a Virgin Voyages cruise. I knew it embarked in two weeks and it was sold out. In less than two hours, Matt reserved two rooms for my family with extra sailor loot!
I'd give him 10 stars! He really provides an expert, personalized service. I'll be contacting him again for all my vacations.

I was looking for a travel agent and stumbled across Mr Matthew through Google I've been having some situations and getting a travel agent that can be expedient and giving information and getting my travel plans together for me and my future husband on our honeymoon and Mr Matthew the moment that I spoke to him he was so excited and wanting to make sure that my future husband and I have the most wonderful experience I really was floored by his enthusiasm and him being on point and making sure that our Arrangements are most wonderful and amazing so yes I would recommend him to any of my friends and family and colleagues on my job

I have been searching for a great travel agent for years and I have finally found him! Matt was thorough and flexible. Our most recent trip was just what we wanted!
He found us great tour guides, just exactly what we were looking for in hotels and attractions, and even made dinner reservations at some great local restaurants that were not expensive - the kinds of places that the locals go for a good meal.
When we missed one transfer, he was right there to help us make sure we still got to do the things we might have missed. I highly recommend him! Can't wait to go on our next trip planned by Matt.
