Our family always uses Chelsey when booking family vacations so when all of our extended family decided to take a Disney cruise to Mexico, calling on Chelsey was a no brainer. Chelsey organized all 14 of us getting the cabins we needed based on family size and budget, made sure we were close to one another on the ship, and answered several questions from all family members. She was also wonderful about communicating safety protocols, booking excursions and meal reservations. We will always use Chelsey when booking travel. Chelsey is amazing!! She helped us navigate planning a Walt Disney World trip from hotel to the new Genie + system. She was on top of all of the changes that were happening due to Covid and kept us up to date. Chelsey has also helped us re-book a Disney cruise that was canceled due to covid. It has been amazing having someone in our corner to help us navigate all the details and changes.

We have used Chelsey every time we travel to Disney World or when we cruise and she is nothing but amazing. She communicates so efficiently, gives wonderful tips and suggestions and helps with any services needed. Our family recently traveled to Orlando to stay at the new Star Wars Galactic Star Cruiser and Chelsey went above and beyond to get us our reservation. I have used her multiple times. She helped set us up with everything we need from tickets to the hotel and recommendations when we took our first trip to universal studios. We have now turned that into multiple trips a year. She is our go-to for any of our travel plans!

Delayed but worth the wait!
