One of my favorite types of trips to book are group trips! Although it may be difficult at times to finalize a destination and resort that works for everyone, I love knowing that a group, large and small, may be coming from all places to spend time vacationing together. I also love taking in all the ideas and finding the perfect place for everyone in the group to enjoy!

The service Caitlin provided to our group of 8 has been unbelievable! I needed to email Caitlin on a Holiday weekend with some changes to our groups reservation. I had no idea if she would even see the email because it was a Holiday and she had mentioned she would be out of town with family.I felt horrible bothering her outside of work hours - Caitlin saw my email and responded very quickly. She stated she did not have a computer with her but took care of our groups request within just a few hours. She went above and beyond! Would highly recommend Caitlin, you will love her :)

I have wanted to visit Prague since I was 18 years old, US Army trained in the Czech language, but due to the Cold War, I was prevented from visiting while stationed in Germany. Since 1989, the country is open but life, family duties, and work all came first. I was offered the opportunity to teach English there and thought why not? I tried making my own travel plans but the entire process was confusing making the dates line up, two different hotels, etc. One simple email to Caitlin and she had not only the details but options! Four different ones! We exchanged a couple of emails and voila, I am completing a lifetime goal. You couldn't ask for a better or more responsive travel agent. I am so happy and can barely wait to fly.

Caitlin was wonderful to work with. As a single mom of 4, I had no idea where to go, what to do, safe places, ease of travel with 4 kids, and she took care of everything. She provided options that fit my budget, checked in through out the planning, right before the trip and right after. She was patient with me with my schedule, and her response to any correspondence was so quick. I highly recommend Caitlin for any family vacation. I would highly recommend Caitlin. She helped us book flights and a hotel for a trip to San Francisco as well as helping us rent a vehicle. She promptly responded to each email and was willing to research/ find numerous options for our flight until we found one that satisfied our needs. Our hotel was great and it’s location was within walking distance to Pier 39. Caitlin texted us best wishes on our departure date and followed up with us after our return to ensure we had a good trip. She is very friendly, thorough and has great attention to the little details that may sometimes make or break a trip.

She did not bombard us with emails and did not pressure us to decide one way or another. In fact, she kept looking for a better deal even after we had decided on a trip.
