This is our second time booking a trip with Alisha. Like before, she planned a very nice itinerary for us and was receptive to needs. Thanks to her thoughtful planning, our travel experience ran very smoothly from being to end. She helped to make our trip to Paris and Amsterdam very memorable.

Alisha planned an EPIC trip for my husband and I! We went to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland for 2 weeks in Sept/Oct 2023. The locations of the hotels Alisha booked were all very centrally located and close to everything we wanted to do. Alisha took into account t everything we wanted to do and planned it out exceptionally well. We didn’t have any problems with our reservations at all. When one of our flights were delayed Alisha made sure that we were able to get a new flight and reached out to our hotel to let them know of our situation. I highly recommend Alisha as a travel agent! She was quick, diligent, and provided the best support in booking my trip to Norway on Swan Hellenic Diana. She took care of all my flights, transportation, excursions, and provided me with prime locations in each place. I flew into Amsterdam prior to boarding the cruise and the hotel was in a perfect location. The entire time on the cruise I felt taken care of. The food was delicious, the service was on point, and the entire staff was very friendly. This was my first cruise, and it set the bar high! Alisha recommended this cruise, from knowing my interest. I saw more of Norway while being on this trip of a lifetime. The captain also planned a special Viking Polar Plunge since we crossed the Arctic Circle. It was an amazing trip! Alisha also booked a Dublin stop after Norway. I was able to visit another place before heading home. Alisha did a fabulous job, and I will continue to book with her again and again.

I booked a week long mother daughter trip flying into Charlotte then driving to Charleston then onto Savannah. Alisha was so helpful in planning where to stay, where to go and sightseeing tips. These cities are gorgeous and offer a lot but she helped me keep it age appropriate for my daughter. The accommodations were wonderful, the areas we stayed were perfect. Everything about this trip was perfect thanks to Alisha.

Alisha was so helpful with planning our trip to Myrtle Beach. She made sure to get every detail of what we were looking for. She offered a variety of great hotels all in great locations. We had no issues with the reservation and that made our trip even more relaxing. Alisha took the time to listen to what we wanted and she really followed through! Alisha was awesome to work with! We had never worked together before and I called her on Wednesday around 2pm and asked her to plan me a trip to Universal with my son, leaving on Friday - i.e. about 36 hours later. She got me flights that worked with my schedule, a hotel room at one of the Universal resorts and took care of all the tickets and passes. I was super impressed that she was able to pull it together at all, let alone create such an amazing trip. She texted me updates and was available to answer my questions about where to go to pick up my tickets, questions on shuttles and all that.

Alisha did a wonderful job making our dream vacation a reality! She organized excursions and made arrangements for us to have English-speaking transportation and guides. Unfortunately, there were some hiccups with the airline (outside of anyone’s control). However, Alisha and her team worked tirelessly to remedy the problem. She was completely assessable the entire time and provided regular updates and check-ins. We would definitely book with Alisha again and recommend that you do as well.
