I specialize in Disney vacations and family travel. My love for Disney started when I was a cast member. Working at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World was the best job. I love the magic of Disney; kids and adults lighting up to see their favorite characters, eating Mickey pretzels, or riding rides such as Space Mountain. Disney has many experiences, and each visit offers new memories. I truly enjoy the planning process almost as I enjoy traveling myself. All-Inclusive, Hawaiian and cruise vacations are also popular with my clients. As my knowledge continues to grow, so does my drive and determination to share with everyone. With every client, I give special attention to exactly what my clients are looking for and what is important to them. Whether it be a small family vacation, a weekend getaway, or bucket list experience, I will make sure every detail is perfect. I look forward to working with you to ensure a great vacation.

She answered all the questions I had. Everything went smoothly getting on the ship and off the ship. It felt nice not,having to do anything or worry about anything, she did it all and was very professional every step of the way. This was the best experience ever.

Heather was very helpful. I let her know what I was looking for, the date's of when I wanted to go and when I wanted to come back. She gave me several options, all I had to do is choose one and she took it from there. She handled everything, all I had to do is provide some information and card. Because of my work schedule She even checked me on my fight as I couldn't. Any questions I had were easily answered by her. She took her time and walked me through everything. This was the best experience I had, all I had to do is show up and check-in. I would say having agent on your side like Heather Payne is the best way to go. THANK YOU AGAIN Heather Payne

My brother and I wanted to plan a surprise vacation for our parents' 35th anniversary, but we weren't sure where to start. Thankfully, Heather Payne was referred to us. We had specific requests that were preferred, but not required. I don't know how she did it, but Heather was able to arrange everything we wanted! She found the perfect cruise that aligned with the airport travel schedule. She took all the stress out of planning and coordinated everything for us. She made herself available for any/all questions whether it was through email, text, or a call. Having someone recommend their real experiences was worth it in itself- knowing we were setting them up for a wonderful time. I couldn't have asked for a better planner.
