Heather was very helpful. I let her know what I was looking for, the date's of when I wanted to go and when I wanted to come back. She gave me several options, all I had to do is choose one and she took it from there. She handled everything, all I had to do is provide some information and card. Because of my work schedule She even checked me on my fight as I couldn't. Any questions I had were easily answered by her. She took her time and walked me through everything. My brother and I wanted to plan a surprise vacation for our parents' 35th anniversary, but we weren't sure where to start. Thankfully, Heather Payne was referred to us. We had specific requests that were preferred, but not required. I don't know how she did it, but Heather was able to arrange everything we wanted! She found the perfect cruise that aligned with the airport travel schedule. She took all the stress out of planning and coordinated everything for us. She made herself available for any/all questions whether it was through email, text, or a call. Having someone recommend their real experiences was worth it in itself- knowing we were setting them up for a wonderful time. I couldn't have asked for a better planner.
