I grew up in Southern California and have played tennis at both the junior and professional levels. I’ve been involved in competitive tennis for 20 years, I've traveled and connected all over the world which has further my career as a travel agent specialist. We really appreciated Jen's approach to assisting us in the planning of our trip to Phoenix and Tucson. She was able to help us tailor our first time experience of Arizona as a family with several young children. Jen communicated with us during the planning phase of the trip and made herself available to us during the trip to help us work out some logistical questions we encountered along the way.
You could definitely tell that Jen invests herself in the work she does and that she was genuinely concerned for how our family experienced our trip. She not only listens, but advises and helps to improvise for the unexpected.
Jen was efficient and considerate of our family size and preferences in the booking of our hotel, flight, and transportation, down to even the time of year we should aim to visit.
I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone who is as invested and knowledgeable about Phoenix and Tucson, especially with a family in mind.

An amazing unique experience

I was a little overwhelmed with all the different options of travel as I attempted to book this trip but Jennifer made it was smoothly as possible with even suggesting flying from another airport that saved me about $350.00 round trip. Relieved from the pressure of finding the right flight and accommodations left me with more time to enjoy “pure vida” in Costa Rica. Jennifer always has quik correspondence via text, email, and call. She put us in a hotel in San Miguel de Allende (we had never been to San Miguel), and the hotel was superb! She got us a free upgrade since we were with a wedding group and bc she is that good. She worked out a small quink the hotel had upon check in. Always a blessing to work with a positive person like her as well.

Very thorough in covering all details of the trip. Continuing follow up due to changes by airline and letting us know well in advance. Our flight back home was delayed, then canceled. Jennifer took care of filing a claim for us and we got the refund within 15 days after we send all receipts. Her experience and patience truly showed. Awesome results!!
