Pat is an excellent listener with a wealth of knowledge about travel. She is a cruise ship expert but also is very good with destination travel (i.e. honeymoons). She can make sure you get the vacation you have pictured in your mind with less hassle, better value and more perks than you could get trying to do it yourself. I love that she doesn't charge for her services (except a small airline ticket fee) and still gets better deals than I can find scouring the internet on my own. I highly recommend Pat Ellington for your next adventure!

Pat and I have arranged travel for me and my friends for several years. She is extremely responsive to phone messages and e-mails when we have ideas for travel or questions. She is honest in answering queries about different companies and lines, and she can get rate reductions. I especially appreciate her help with complex air travel needs. Pat is very good with meeting deadlines and getting things done when needed. It is clear that she likes and appreciates her clients.

Well Pat Ellington is just outstanding. She really provided such great customer service, particularly for a cruise newbie. Unfailingly patient, knowledgeable, kind... she always had great answers, even if those answers were already in the materials she had sent! I felt she was on my side, finding the best deals, helping make decisions in my best interest. Haven't used a travel agent in years, but Pat created such a positive experience that she is my go-to person now. For anyone that needs help with their travel (and getting the best bang for their limited bucks) Pat is the one who will use all her experience to make a trip a wonderful experience!

Pat made planning this trip so easy. By just specifying the time requirements Pat was able to get a Mexico cruise price that was unbeatable. After talking to people on the boat, everyone seemed pretty envious of the rate I received. After I get enough people to join me for a cruise, I am going to Pat so she can help us all get the best quality room for the cheapest price, so you know, we can buy more alcohol on the boat!

In September we went on a 40th Anniversary Alaskan cruise Pat completely customized for us, providing us with an incredible journey. Pat planned several trips for my husband and myself. One of our most exciting and incredible trips, which she planned, was to Australia and NewZealand. Pat arranged seamless travel for air, land and cruise arrangements for us which helped us to see the best of both countries! We were even able to spend a week on a liveaboard boat which took us to scuba diving sites on the Great Barrier Reef for a week! After the land and reef portion of our trip, we spent Christmas and New Years on a Holland American cruise stopping at many exciting ports in New Zealand which were also very enjoyable! It was a very complex trip and she did a Fantastic job! We have also taken several shorter cruises which she arranged and all of them have been planned well and were very very enjoyable. I definitely recommend that you use Pat Ellington as your cruise and personalized travel agent expert! You will have an Incredible Journey!
