Susan is the best! I've been using Susan's skills almost yearly since 2014. Back then it was my family's first WDW trip and we were referred to Susan. She walked us thru the entire thing with patients and understanding. Never once tried to upsell or talk us into staying longer or in a nicer hotel or buying a dining plan. Simply gave us options and details on our preferred choices. It made our first experience perfect and has hooked us ever since. I assumed she took all that time because it was our first booking, but no, Susan continues to provide that kind of exquisite service every single trip. I would call us WDW veterans now but I still couldn't imagine traveling without Susan. Every time she comes up with something we hadn't thought of or a new experience or tip or trick. My family is forever indebted to Susan and her team.

You won't regret booking with Susan! She has lots of personal travel experience that she will use to help you plan your trip - even if she hasn't been to that location or sailed that cruise line, she'll leverage her large network to bring you information to help you. Susan has planned many trips for us over the years and she does a great job spotting the details that I would have missed -- like a tour that requires a transfer or starts too early/too late or is non-cancellable. It's truly the many details that can put hiccups into your trip and that's where she really shines!
