Kim worked diligently to get us not only the best fast pass experience but the most excellent dining experiences as well, and responded to questions so promptly I was floored.As someone who has worked in customer service for over 30 years, I can tell you that Kim is someone who goes out of her way to provide the absolute best experience you can have. Catering to a group of 11 people of various ages is definitely not easy, but she handled it professionally and really took all the homework away from us so that all we needed to do was show up and enjoy!

Kim was so helpful from the first step, over 6 months prior to depature for our trip. Helping choose a time to visit, a resort to stay at, restaurants to eat at, fast passes to choose. Carnival Cruise escape!

Kim has been our go-to travel agent for the past 15 years. While we began as avid Disney adventurers we quickly realized that Kim had so much more to offer us as travelers.Our latest adventure was a two-week Back-to-Back cruise with Carnival Cruises on the Carnival Panorama. We planned this trip as an escape from reality and Kim was with us from our first stage of planning.
One of us is currently having mobility issues and Kim got us in contact with the correct department of the cruise line and stayed on top of the issue to ensure that we received all required information and submitted that information back to Carnival. There was a slight issue where our documents weren't received by Carnival but because Kim had been copied on all our correspondence, she was able to once again submit our documents.
While we don't always need assistance with shore excursions, Kim is always there with ideas to help in our decision making.

Working with Kim was wonderful. She was instumental in helping me plan our first Disney family vacation. Kim was so knowlegable about all things Disney. She helped us choose the perfect hotel, and the best restaurants for our picky eaters. Planning a Disney trip can be tricky but Kim was there every step of the way to guide me. It was also my son's 13th birthday while we were there and she helped me plan some fun Disney experiences to make his birthday that much more special. She really helped us make all of our Disney wishes come true. I would happily work with Kim again when planning another vacation. She's such a pleasure to work with.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Kim is to work with. We took advantage of her vast knowledge of Disneyworld and when she made a suggestion, we went with it. She made our first family vacation a magical week that we’ll never forget. Her patience was immeasurable-she answered my thousands of questions with professionalism but always with a kind touch. When she says you can call her anytime-she 100% means it. I texted in a panic while on vacation and she responded in 5 minutes had the situation taken care of 15 minutes later. Kim makes you feel like a friend more than just a client; you can tell that she truly wants the best for your family. As you can tell, I could not recommend Kim highly enough. She is in a word-AMAZING. I feel so lucky and blessed to have selected her from the many other travel agents I had researched. You will be as deliriously happy as my family is if you select Kim.

Kim's knowledge of the in's & out's of Disney was invaluable. This was our 4th trip to Disney and we would not have attempted it without Kim. We have gone to Disney during many different stages of our lives:1999 pre-kids in our 20's, 2001 kids 5&8, 2008 kids 12&15, and now 2016 kids 23(&guest) & 20(&guest). We knew the overall concept, but Disney has made so many advances that Kim's knowledge was key. Also, going during New Years the crowds are at their highest and having someone help us plan so you could manage the madness was very important - when we went to Disney last, they did not have the magic bands, nor were the fast passes on-line - Kim help us set up everything online so it was easy for us to distribute to our 20'somethings - Also we did a pit-stop at Universal and wanted to maximize the parks AND Harry Potter, everything Kim told us would happen, actually Happened! The trip was fantastic - Epcot on New Years is EPIC!

Kim was a tremendous help to us! The night before our departure my husband tested positive for Covid-19, which required us to postpone our trip. Kim took care of contacting our resort and rescheduling all of our Disney reservations. Kim was very attentive and always responded to our emails relatively quickly. She is well informed about all things Disney World too… since we hadn’t been to Disney in 20 years, Kim was able to help us navigate all of the new systems and technologies implemented by Disney. We had Kim plan our first Disney vacation. I had no idea what I was doing and Kim handled everything for us. She asked a bunch of questions and then suggested a hotel we would like. She also got all of our dinner reservations and fast passes. Everything went so smooth. I couldn't imagine going to Disney and not having it planned out after the way Kim did it. I highly recommend her. While we were at Disney we talked to a bunch of employees and they asked what our plans where. When we told them how our days were planned they said, "Wow you really got a travel agent who knows what they are doing." Kim helped in every step of the way during my months of planning our Disney World trip! She promptly answered every question and sent me TONS of information that it would have taken me hours to find on my own. She asked what I was looking for in resorts, fast passes, meals, etc. and then sent me the information so I could decide what would work best for my family. And thank goodness she scheduled my fast passes for me because I had no idea what I was doing. I sent her the list of rides we wanted to ride and she made ALL of them happen! Kim was also available and willing to help and answer questions while we were on our trip. She was a great resource and made my planning SO much easier. I don't think I can ever plan a trip without her now!

BUT without Kim's help each and every trip I would never know what it is I would have missed without her help, expert advice, and up to date information and advice about park touring, resort information, dining and just really crafting my trips to meet my family's vacationing style. When we decided to re-book thanks to the release of 30% discount, she sat on the phone for us for 3 hours to make sure she got us the upgrade we requested. We just got back from Disney two days ago and the trip could not have been better! Our resort experience was amazing and every meal planned was wonderful! I have worked with Kim three times for Disney trips over the last 10 years. This last time, my son was hospitalized for asthma on the day we were supposed to drive to Orlando and check in at our resort. We were stressed and distraught, and couldn't even begin to think of the phone calls we would need to make regarding changing our trip. I was able to communicate with Kim via text in the emergency room about our situation. She stepped in and took care of everything- contacting the resort, communicating the problem, and rescheduling our trip for a week later. I can't imagine how things would've gone if I had booked that trip myself and had to deal with it. Kim has so much knowledge about anything and everything Orlando that I constantly recommend her to friends. There is absolutely no downside to using an agent, and Kim is the best!!

She was very attentive and answered all questions in a fast accurate length of time through emails and provided me links to various places . She booked a scooter we needed and made all the arrangements for us, everything was ready when we arrived. She informed us on our fast passes and reminded us a few days before. Checked on our bracelets and made sure they were shipped too us on a time. Checked on us and left a message at the hotel when we arrived at the resort and asked if we needed anything to call her while in Orlando Florida. She really took care of us, thank you all you did for us we really appreciate it, we had a wonderful vacation:).

Kim really is the best TA we've used - and we've used her for many years. She knows what we like, what cruise line we favor (though she's equally familiar with other lines we've booked on), and asks the right questions of us to best match us to cabins, et cetera.
As former travel agents ourselves, we are a little particular about the service we receive and Kim easily satisfies us. She's also kind in her replies to my sometimes inane questions that pop into my mind and answers them patiently and fully.

I received Kim's contact information from a co-worker who had used her for their trip. I found her to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I already knew that we wanted to stay at Wilderness Lodge because of the boat ride to the Magic Kingdom. (Another friend stays there all the time.) She navigated us through the Magic Bands, dinner reservations and Fast Passes. These were all new to me after a LONG absence from Disney World.
I took my family for our Christmas this year and the weather was absolutely perfect in November. My 4 and 2 year old granddaughters LOVED all of the characters at the meals. It was all quite magical!
