This was the first time using a travel agent to book a trip. Working with Kelsey was amazing from start to finish. The whole process was easy and she communicated all the steps during the process excellently the whole time. She handled everything from the flights, room reservations, transportation, and park tickets. She was very helpful with my questions and making sure I wasn't left in the dark. All in all, I would highly recommend her for any trips.

This was our first time working with a travel agent and Kelsey really set the bar high. Kelsey provided excellent customer service and consistent communication throughout. She was very knowledgeable in her role and was able to answer any questions that we had (and there were several). Everything went seamless from our flight, to our rental car check-in/out, as well as checking in/out at our resort. I highly recommend booking with Kelsey!
