Let me tell you, Ramonia is a one in a kind, once and a lifetime person. I have been all around the world being in the military traveling, but working with Ramonia, made all the prior trips in my life seem mediocre. Ramonia made my recent trip a once in a life time experience! Best person to book a trip with. She is very compassion, extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and undoubtedly easiest person to vibe with. Ramonia did a great job in working with us during a difficult time of traveling! COVID-19 certainly provided a lot of roadblocks and extra hassles, but she was able to help us go on a wonderful vacation in Belize. She did a good job of checking in with us and arranging our COVID-19 tests. The driver and the activities they picked were very good, fit our needs, and there was a great mix of different things in our itinerary that we liked. We also loved our accommodation options. Overall, we had a great vacation! the whole experience was wonderful! Defiantly will be planning more trips in the future.

My experience with Ramonia was nothing short of AMAZING . She was so attentive , thorough , communicative , Patient , precise, always available ( i can text at 2am and she would respond ) , quick problem solver and really aims to please . She was able to get the best deals for us! From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. We missed our departure van to the airport and Ramonia had another for us in an hour. My Experience Working with is precious Humble TripAdvisor for the first time made my trip to Jamaica for my 40th birthday Worth it! she Definitely did her best to assure me that i had nothing to worry about that as a single traveler that she would be with me in spirit and sis did just that. please make sure you use her to plane any trips you may need to in the near future.

What a fantastic trip! We loved every minute of it. Ramonia planned our trip perfectly. She listened to our requests and made sure to curate our itinerary to fit our needs. Finally home, adjusting safe & sound, I wish I could share photos from our honeymoon trip in Jamaica. We had such a fantastic time from the start to the end. Ramonia planned six excursions, including private driver/charter around the island. She selected our accommodation, specifically the dates and times for activities, nightlife, mingle with the locals. She offered a payment plan. We could get in contact with her for whatever reason during our trip. I recommend her enough, and I will only travel outside the country with her services! The sense of security was unmatched!

Ramonia was a very reliable agent. She was respectful, friendly and beyond professional. She makes sure she goes the extra mile for her clients. We worked with her about 2-3 days to our trip and she was able to make sure everything ran very smoothly and we were not stranded or had problems once. She does her best to provide clients with their needs and wants and informs u as soon as it cannot be done. It was my first time working with a travel agent and boy oh boy definitely going to work with her during my next vacation!

The Hawaii trip was fabulous! We loved the resorts that you chose for us! In Maui, we did a luau, biking down Haleakala, a fishing charter, and the road to Hana. On the Big Island, we enjoyed snorkeling & zip lining...and still found plenty of time to relax, eat, and drink :) The flights there & back and the rental cars worked out great! So, overall, fantastic trip! Thanks again for your help! We will likely go back someday.

Bora Bora was a trip me and my girls had to take !! We definitely knew this wasn't going to be a budget trip. But with the help of Ramonia and she reassured us that this getaway was going to be unforgettable and memorable trip. Everything she added on our bucket list to do we enjoyed, as you can imagine going into the water with sharks and stingrays is both exciting and scary but after a while me and the girls relaxed and we really enjoyed it. We had a great experience working with Ramonia to plan the trip to Turks and Caicos. Right from our first contact, Ramonia was thorough in planning and organizing the itinerary. Up until our travel date, she sent constant reminders and notifications about schedule updates, payments, and confirmations. While in Turks, she ensured that all the accommodations and activities we had booked were confirmed. I would especially like to thank Ramonia for her quick help during our return when the flight was delayed (almost cancelled) due to maintenance. This was the first time we had used a travel agent. Our friend recommended Ramonia. We reached out because we needed someone's help planning our trip for our honeymoon. It was such a relief to have someone plan out our honeymoon. At the same time, we focused on our wedding, and Ramonia did a great job listening to our travel interests and preferences and working with us to refine our itinerary. Before we left, we had a great itinerary we could print out or access via an app. It included tons of essential tips on getting around, tipping guidance, things to do outside of our scheduled activities, and more. Ramonia is excellent to work with; her advice helped us feel at ease in a country we hadn't yet traveled to!
