Michael was great to work with, every step of the way, including texting on our departure and return days. Great trip! Only wish we’d booked a couple extra days for relaxing.

Mike was easy to work with from start to finish. He was very responsive and organized. While planning, he listened to what we wanted to do and created a plan that fit very well with our interests and budget. When a friend originally from Chicago saw our itinerary, she remarked how well it hit all the highlights. The trip was fun and Mike’s plan was easy to follow. He was easy to communicate with during the trip, as needed. We look forward to planning our next vacation with him.

Took 52 years but finally went on a cruise! Mike took this first-timer and his family through all the details of a cruise, from choosing the correct suite to add-on packages, trip insurance and even tips on excursions and onboard entertainment. He was available for many basic questions even while on the cruise. Could not have asked for a better travel agent. His preparation made our cruise a highlight of family vacations.

We had a great time Mike was on top of everything. Our travel went smoothly our lay overs to getting transportation to and from the airport we had plenty of time between layovers to get through customs! Mike did a great job and we couldnt have done this trip without him!
