We had the pleasure of working with Michelle as we were planning our trip to Italy. She was AMAZING! I was so overwhelmed by all the details, and she completely took over. I told her where we wanted to go, and what we wanted to see. She made that all possible by booking the tours, the tour guides, train tickets, working with Covid regulations, telling us where we to stay, eat, shop - basically anything we needed! Her attention to detail was outstanding! I truly appreciated working with someone that was quickly responsive and always accessible. I will be calling her soon to book my next trip!
