My love of travel was fostered by my father. Travel was in his DNA, and he passed that along to me. Growing up we traveled often to both near and far places. By the time I was 10, I had been to Hawaii, New York, Washington DC, Seattle, San Francisco, Canada, Spain, and Ireland. We also traveled throughout our home state of Montana. The experiences I gained through travel as a youth have stayed with me throughout my life.
