I had a great time in clearwater thanks to some cool tips and tricks offered to me by my Florida travel agent specialist. My trip really allowed me to see a different side of Florida, and enjoy myself. Mr. Anderson helped me with countless booking questions and finalizations. We booked jet ski rentals, boat tours, fairly rides, beach umbrella rentals, and some other really cool adventures. I was really impressed by the various insights Leroy gave on local businesses and adventures, it helped me feel very welcomed and comfortable during my stay on the beach. Leroy also helped me book an affordable yet extravagant stay at the Opal Sands Resort located right on the coast. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in that area who wants to wake up to a stunning view every morning. Overall I am very appreciative of the amount of detail and passion he put into helping my stay in Florida become so memorable.

We love working with Mr. Anderson because he helps us plan a vacation just like he was planning his own. He has so much experience. Leroy is very thorough and detail-oriented, but at the same time is all about fun. Leroy always listens first and then asks important questions to help reduce our travel costs. He offers suggestions. He's totally on top of all the little details that can make or break your vacation.

We didn't have a clue where to stay in Downtown Tampa, but Leroy had just the right hotel in mind, right on the Riverwalk. The vibe of the place just screamed VACAY, so the experience was way more relaxed and Floridian than is we chose a corporate hotel.

Let me just say that in the past I was very skeptical of using Travel agents to book my travel arrangements; especially when I have traveled to an area before... but recently I decided to book through Carlisle Travel Management/Tzell Travel Group with an agent named Leroy Anderson and was completely amazed by the experience. I travel to the Bradenton area frequently to help out and spend quality time with my elderly mom. I normally plan the trips myself but this year I just felt like I needed some additional help trying to efficiently plan these trips while also making them more meaningful and exciting for my mom and I. Normally my mom and I stick to the same routine on my visits of Doctors visits, errands, and home activities, but thanks to Leroy we were able to get out and enjoy the sunshine state without the stress of overthinking the booking process. My mom and I really wanted to thank you for the time and effort you put into revitalizing the way we spend our time together! :)

Leroy is an excellent agent. My brother had found out about Leroy when I was planning my college spring break trip in 2016. He was able to book us a trip that included what we wanted, and he was able to please all of our parents and make them feel safe with our choices. 3 years later, Leroy booked me and my girlfriend (now wife) a trip to the Bahamas. We had a tight budget, and he sent us to a gorgeous resort where we ended up getting engaged. Fast forward 3 more years and Leroy helped plan our honeymoon.
