I have always loved travel and, more specifically, travel to Disney Destinations! I have many wonderful memories of my childhood trip to Disney World, but once I saw Disney World through the eyes of my children in 2009- I was completely hooked! Watching my 5 year old daughter walk hand in hand with Belle through Epcot is a feeling I'll never forget. Since then, my family has created so many Disney memories together - from the Parks, to the Resorts and of course the amazing Dining experiences! A
My friends and family began coming to me for help in their travel planning, and being a Travelmation Agent allows me to give them the most personal and direct assistance. Having completed the College of Disney Knowledge, I specialize in Disney Destinations, but have experience planning both Domestic & International Travel. Annie was immensely helpful with our Disney trip. We had never been to Disney as a family so the prospect of planning a Disney trip was quite daunting. We didn't know where to start. We were looking for a 2day, 2park trip. Annie gave us multiple options and made our reservations for us. She even took extra time to meet with us via zoom to answer questions and review the Disney app and Genie+ which ended up saving us hours of time and enabled us to experience more attractions on our short trip.

Annie was amazing start to finish. She goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and taken care of beforehand! Having her handle all of the details took the stress off of myself since I used to have to plan our family trips. We will definitely be booking through her for all of our family/romantic getaways! She even made sure I still got my coffee at the airport since our flight left early!;)

Annie was amazing and was there anytime I needed a question answer or help with our trip. She planned the entire thing, including helping us figure out our excursions for the trip and continued to be available while we were gone the entire time. Annie is fantastic! This trip is one that she rebooked for us from almost a year ago due to sickness/airline issues. We decided to postpone our Christmas trip to fall break and it was seamless thanks to Annie. She took care of rebooking it for us, and answered all of my questing as we opted to change it up and stay on property. Annie reached out before we traveled to make sure we were all set for our trip, answered any questions, was available during our trip (even though she was on her own family vacation), and even found ways to made us feel special during our trip! You can tell she loves her job and loves making sure her clients have a wonderful time on their vacations.

I don't have the words for the amazing job Annie did. I'm going to try, but I won't do it justice. I regret every trip that I have ever taken without using Annie. She got to know us, planned itineraries around us, and spent hours going back and forth because my husband is extremely picky about things. Annie checked and double checked (and may have even triple checked) that all our locations would be able to accommodate my husband's celiac.
