I have worked with Kris for more than 30 years, she has gotten to know me and my family and our needs ie moderate pricing vs elite etc When we planned our family trip to Australia ( which was for 3 weeks, ) everything was perfect to pick ups at the airport, transfers, inter flights , hotels, excellent,,, as well as tours.( feeding Koala's and Kangaroos , & walks in the brush looking for wallabies and echnidas.)

Kris makes the travel planning process easy. She is able to sort out complex logistical issues and provide confidence that the trip will go off without a hitch. She is also very responsive to questions and doesn't waste your time. She is highly efficient. This trip required a lot of detailed planning because of 2 years of COVID delays, including coordinating with our friends who traveled with us.

Kris is the best! I have never worked with a travel agent whose knowledge and expertise were as comprehensive as Kris’s. I asked her to search through tour companies for a tour that would match my interests and timeframe and she came up with a great tour through Globus. Kris interfaced with Globus to answer all my questions, including personal concerns like dietary restrictions. From tour booking to flight booking to extension days for the trip, Kris did it all. And when I left my itinerary with family, I also left Kris’s contact details knowing that if they had a concern while I was away she would do her best to help. Kris is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with.

Scotland - an amazing experience!

Our last trip organized with Kris was to the British Open Golf Tournament in St. Andrew's, Scotland last year, It also included a tour of the Scottish Highlands and western coast. It was amazing!! Kris worked hard to find hotels, transportation and developed an itinerary that fit our needs, interests and budget! Kris calls on resources and information sources she has developed over many years in the travel business. She unearthed multiple options for places to stay in the larger cities and small towns we wanted to stay in all over the country. Kris is always thorough, tenacious and conscientious in how she serves her clients!
