Hi! I'm Mandy!
I fell in love with Disney in 2002 when my boyfriend (now husband) took me there while we were still in college at Ohio State. Now, we return yearly with our daughters and it's become our home away from home.
I taught elementary school for the last 15 years, so if you're looking for someone that can translate the intricacies of planning a Disney vacation into something a 5th grader would understand, look no further!And if you're interested in a foodie adventure as part of your vacation, I went to culinary school and have eaten my way throughout much of Disney World.
Planning a Disney trip can involve a lot of time and energy, especially for first time guests. I'd love to help you have a well planned out vacation, without all the planning.

Within 24 hours, I will share a few vacation plan options, which we'll adjust until it’s just what you are looking for. When you are ready to move forward, I will book your resort and tickets with Disney.
Step 3.
I will guide you along every step of the Disney way, until your vacation is complete. We will work together on setting up the app, linking your reservation, park plan reservations, dining reservation, park strategies and more. I can share the latest tips and tricks to make sure you have a magical experience!

It was our first time visiting Disney World and wanted to surprise our 7 yo daughter with a trip for Christmas. We couldn't have navigated and planned everything as efficiently without Mandy! Mandy was incredibly easy to work with and super knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question we threw at her. As Disney newbies, she made sure we knew what to do and when to do it - I can't imagine trying to navigate all the "to-dos" of a Disney trip without her help. She made effort minimal on our end which is exactly what we were looking for. We just returned from a fantastic trip at Disney thanks to Mandy. It was our girls first time ever at Disney and Mandy did a tremendous job helping to make sure things went smoothly. trip highlights - savannah view room from our room at the animal kingdom lodge, princess breakfast on the first day, help understanding genie plus so we could maximize our days at Disney and do everything we wanted to(even with going back to the hotel for naps each day)

It had been a long time since I’d visited Disney and when I heard about Mandy from a family member who was planning her upcoming trip to Disney World, I knew it was wanted to work with her. I was able to connect with her by email and phone so easily to continue my initial planning. Throughout, she was so responsive and was always happy to give me her perspective and any clarification and directions that I needed about resorts, reservations, Genie+…literally anything. We can’t thank Mandy enough for helping us plan such a memorable experience for our family. We had a fabulous time and found all of Mandy's materials to be incredibly helpful. We were able to hit all of the main rides she suggested and the kids loved them! I was super skeptical to use a planner for Disney, having gone there myself multiple times and also being a planner of vacations. I did have lots of questions about Genie+ and planning while staying offsite so I decided to do it. Mandy was AMAZING for our planning. We were able to successfully navigate everything from dining reservations, to park reservations to Genie+ (which was the most confusing). I would absolutely use her again. Mandy is knowledgeable about every aspect of the Disney experience! From getting a scooter on and off the monorail, to 'hard-to-get reservations for dining'. I appreciated how prompt she was in getting back to us on questions, and accounting (receipts, etc). I did not realize you could get such specialty services, but am glad we found Mandy, and would highly recommend her !

We engaged Mandy a little over two months before our anticipated trip, which is a relatively short turnaround time for a Disney vacation. She jumped right in and secured us hard-to-get experiences, included a VIP Tour with a Disney "Plaid" Guide and a concierge suite. She helped navigate all of our dining based on our preferences, which resulted in breakfast reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table and Ohana at the Polynesian, as well as Fireworks Treats and Seats. She was in constant contact leading up to the trip, was honest about what was worth it and what wasn't, and even helped us troubleshoot when something came up literally as we were driving to the resort. I never had to wait on hold with customer service or wake up at 3 a.m. on the west coast because Mandy did it all! And she was lovely to boot - I really enjoyed chatting with her and will definitely be keeping in touch. Can't wait for our next (more moderate, ha!) trip.

Mandy was fantastic. She took us trough EVERYTHING we needed for our first ever trip. She was extremely informed and available. It's very obvious that she cares about the experience that you have on your trip and did everything possible to make out experience awesome. Our original trip was booked during the time Hurricane Ian hit Orlando and Mandy jumped right onto canceling and moving our dates at the 11th hour.
