Michelle is great! I never knew I needed a travel agent. She booked my honeymoon. We ended up having a disaster train trip and she was able to get us a full refund. I didn’t even think that was possible! She handled everything!

A magical week at Disney

We cannot recommend Michelle and her services enough! We enlisted Michelle to help plan a family trip to Disney World, including my brother and his family. There were 8 of us total, and 4 kids ranging in age from 7-15. Michelle's knowledge of Disney World was incredible. She provided invaluable insights into the best times to visit the park, helping us avoid crowds and make the most of our time there. Her guidance on FastPasses, dining reservations, and park hopper options was spot-on, ensuring that we experienced all of our favorite attractions without the hassle.
What truly set Michelle apart was her personalized approach. She took the time to get to know our family's preferences and priorities, and as a result, crafted an itinerary that was tailored to our unique needs.

I have used Michelle for numerous trips - Florida, Mexico, Hawaii, cruises, and even just for a hotel 2 hours away. Michelle makes it so easy to travel. Even when on the trip, she can assist with booking day trips/excursions. I highly recommend getting travel insurance through Michelle as well - it came in very handy when my brothers luggage was temporarily lost by the airline. And covers things like trip delay or interruption, and medical care if needed.

Stress Free Travel!

This is our first time using a travel agent because we didn't understand the benefits of working with one in the past. After feeling overwhelmed trying to narrow down places to travel to, we took a chance with a fb recommendation and contacted Michelle. She goes above and beyond for our family and I wouldn't want to go back to having to do it all on my own now! We recently ran into a few issues with a resort we were at and she took over and completely fixed the problem while we were there. It took all of the stress off of us so we could enjoy our trip and it wouldn't have been resolved without her persistence. It's very comforting having her on our side! There is just too much information out there now and too many sites to book from. My husband and I are very busy with work and 3 kids so having an expert in the travel field has lessened the stress of the planning stages for us. I highly recommend using Michelle for all of your travel needs! She is amazing at her job!

We loved working with Michelle, she did a fabulous job planning our honeymoon. She went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out perfectly. She’s very experienced and knowledgeable on great vacation spots, hotel accommodations, excursions and airfare. She was always available and extremely responsive to all of our needs. She organized our itinerary and the app made it very easy to use, even if you didn’t have reception. Michelle was readily available and went above and beyond to help us book our trip and handle airline issues. She even sat on the phone for an hour with Southwest when they moved our flight at the last minute. She was able to book us on shore excursions when the ship said theirs were full and she always was cheerful and kind.

Michelle was awesome from Day 1. What was special is the responsive style of her work, she asked us what we needed and began her research to give us best options. At every stage, she asked us to let her know if anything was unsuitable so that she could change it.
