Hi Friends! My name is Kelli Donohue and I am the owner of DizN Vacations at CS Elements Travel. You might also know me as the mom from DizN with the Donohues (@dizNdonohues) on YouTube and TikTok!
I have over 40 years of personal Disney and Universal travel experience ranging from the Walt Disney World Resort all the way to Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort .... and then on to the Universal Orlando Resort. To say I am well versed is an understatement.
I've not only grown up Disney/Universal but am still living and breathing both on a daily basis. I have been an active theme park travel agent since early 2017. I make it a point to be on property at either the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line or Universal every 3 -5 months so that I can experience any changes and/or new offerings first hand. This enables me to bring you up to the minute information and what to accurately expect on your vacation. Not only do I explain it all to my clients, in detail, but I also archive all of it on my many social media pages. I can be found on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook at @dizNdonohues or @the.wandering.wayfinder. I also personally operate a facebook group called "Destination Disney and Beyond', that is a great resource for Theme Park News and a safe place to ask questions about your trip.
As always, my services are 100 percent free to those that book with me as their agent. My clients receive constant price monitoring and personalized concierge services from start to finish. All trips are customizable and I can do as much or as little as you would like.

Kelli was amazing at helping my plan my trip with my teenage daughter. It had been eight years since we've been to Disney, so a LOT has changed. Kelli was incredibly reachable and helpful from the very first question, until after we got back. She explains everything in thorough detail well in advance, and all the way through the planning experience. I had to text her on our travel day, and a couple times during the trip with silly questions, and she responded right away, and it was very helpful! She definitely puts your vacation on a pedestal, and it shows from the jump! My daughter and I had the trip of a lifetime, with 7 park days filled with amazing memories! Memorable, Magical Summer Vacation

We will definitely be utilizing Kelli with DizN Vacations in the future for other trips. As a parent, vacationing is not really a vacation, but Kelli helped make the process as easy as possible. She was patient with me in my delays of necessary steps on my part, and helped remind me what I needed to do. She was available when I needed her. Our kids had an amazing, memorable time, which is exactly what I wanted when I requested Kelli to help me plan this trip. We did experience a few app hiccups that were all related to the specific park, and Kelli helped me calm down and navigate the process.

Amazing service! Kelli really goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure your vacation is a success. I especially loved the helpful tips she provided for each park and how to plan out the day with Genie+. When we were on our trip she was quick to respond with questions that arose, which we very much appreciated as first timers!

Kelli has booked 2 Disney and 5 Universal trips for us and each one has been the best! Not only is she a travel agent but she is also a theme park influencer and has a large social media following, with her husband and son, on YouTube, Tiktok and Instagram. We have been in the parks at the same time as they have and it was so fun to watch them film and livestream! She really knows her stuff and is super funny! The best thing though is Kelli is super honest and straight forward. She listens to what you want and gives honest advice right from the get go. You never have to worry about being taken advantage of or purchasing something you don’t need. Kelli is our agent for life!

Kelli is an AMAZING and accommodating agent! We've used her for our last 6+ vacations!! Her suggestions turn out better than anything I could come up with on my own! The insider tips are awesome too! One of my favorite things about Kelli is her amazing communication skills! She's been known to help even while we are on a trip to accommodate, especially since having 2 special needs kids has created the need for help/answers to questions occasionally! She's the greatest.

We are no strangers to Disney and travel quite frequently. A friend recommended Kelli to me and I am so glad he did! She is AMAZING and seriously the most knowledgeable agent out there! Talk about knowing it all! Kelli was recommended to us by a few friends and we are so grateful for that recommendation. Kelli was the greatest to work with. She made everything so easy and such a smooth process. Always quick to reply and very detail oriented.
