Theresa did an amazing job planning our Virgin Voyages cruise. She sat on hold to help us with dining reservations, booking a cabana and finding out all the small details - especially as Virgin was a new cruise line and there was still a lot of unknowns. Our travel plans were very different from the normal vacationer as we were looking to do a one-way transatlantic cruise to Germany.
