Kyra is a Disney EXPERT! When I started planning to bring my nieces and nephews to Disney World, I didn’t expect to have so much fun myself! The response by Kyra was fast and informative. She answered all of my questions and provided with a list of hotels and activities. I contacted the first 6 travel agents listed and she was THE ONLY who responded with information to immediately assist instead of next steps to reach a representative. 3 out of the 6 didn't bother to respond! For that service alone, Kyra is worth contacting if you want to book your travels.!

Kyra was incredible! She was so responsive and attentive to our needs (organizing travel for 50+ college students from around the US to come to NYC for a weekend conference), and was wonderfully communicative. She and her team took care of a few day-of travel issues with ease and helped to keep our students calm and reassured. I hope to work with Kyra and her team again!

Buffalo, NY was the last place I expected to spend my spring break but family matters had another idea.
