As both a travel agent and former Disney Castmember I bring a unique perspective to Disney and it's myriad of amazing and magical destinations.
My Disney journey began when I was a little girl growing up in La Canada, California (aka the "Valley"). My grandpa gave me a single share of Disney stock when I was born and my mom would sneak me out of school (Pre-K and beyond) and take me to the Shareholders Meeting in Anaheim where we would get to view an up and coming Disney movie and everyone would get a FREE ticket to Disneyland Park. Walking hand and hand we would explore the park from sun-up to midnight and soak in the magic.
I have subsequently been to the Disneyland Resort, staying at all on site hotels and a multitude of Good Neighbor hotels, more than 200 times.
My Disney history is not limited to just Disneyland. Now a full time resident of Florida, I can see the fireworks over Cinderella Castle from my own backyard. My journey at the Walt Disney World Resort began the year it opened in 1971 when my dad, who was a quality control executive for USG, traveled to Orlando to inspect the then newly built Contemporary Resort and brought me with him! I don't remember much of the visit because I was very little but I do remember the majestic iconic resort gleaming in the sun with the monorail zooming through it taking guests to the Magic Kingdom. The hotel has gone through a number of changes throughout the years yet still remains my most favorite property due to the memories it invokes.
I've had the pleasure of staying at every official Walt Disney World Resort and have been inside the parks more times than I can count.
My Disney story continues with more than 25 Disney Cruise Line experiences, 3 visits to the tropical paradise of Aulani Resort in Ko'olina Hawaii, an enchanting trip to Disneyland Paris (formerly Euro Disney) and 3 Adventure by Disney journeys to Costa Rica, the Desert Southwest and Italy.
I enjoy helping families whether they are first time travelers or seasoned trekkers who want to create magical memories during their vacation. My personal visits have helped me be able to cater to all family dynamics and my years as a Dsiney cast member only enhance the knowledge insight, tips and tricks I can provide to my guests.

Maralee is excellent at communicating throughout all phases of the planning of your trip. Easy to reach. Her knowledge of all things Disney is second to none. She has helped us plan at least 7 Disney vacations (cruises and various parks) and no detail has been overlooked. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to moment we arrived back to the gate we have had wonderful experiences. There have been a couple times, during our vacations, when I had a question or hiccup and Maralee was available (through phone/text or email) to help make our trip magical.

Forget about travel agents... Maralee is one of the best PEOPLE I know! I have never seen her when she wasn't laughing, bubbly, caring, and sweet. She is the kind of person who would literally give the shirt off of her back to a stranger and that kind of caring translates directly into how she runs her travel business. We asked her to set up our family with our first Cruise and she went out of her way to get us the best of everything, which just made us feel so special. We tried to send our kids on an excursion but there was no room. Maralee finagled us the spots, which apparently doesn't happen much. We called her 6 times to ask for advice on the best ways to do things on board and the best places to go while in port. She always returned our calls and all of her recommendations were spot-on! It was like having a personal Concierge with us wherever we went. Her attention to planning details, and her level of personal care have made her my family's travel agent for life!

We have trusted Maralee to plan three of our family vacations. Our first trip she managed to create an itinerary for a large family vacation of 12ppl all coming in different flights and days and managed to accommodate our requests. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things Disney and takes her time to learn about your family and designs the trip with all your needs and wishes in mind. She has good response times and communication. She send gifts and detailed itinerary’s. I would never plan a trip to Disney or Universal without her help!

It was so fun! She let us know about secrets in Harry Potter world and seemed to like Harry Potter as much as we did! We also had fast passes and passes to get in early to the park which made it so much less stressful trying to go on the rides when there isn’t as much of a wait!

The amount of information this Main Mouse knows is unfathomable. She helped us create a perfect vacation for our kids - one who is a Harry Potter fan and the other is all about Star Wars. We spent 3 nights at Universal and 5 at Disney World and each moment was perfect in every way. We had a few questions during our trip and Maralee was always available to answer them quickly and even knew more information than most of the employees. In our neighborhood she is know as the Disney Lady and I would go a step further and refer to her as purely MAGICAL.

If you are looking for a magical experience with the best travel agency I would recommend Maralee and her agents with Magic Mouse travel. I have worked with Maralee since 2005. She has planned several beyond magical Disney trips for my family. She planned a trip to Puerto Rico as well as Ireland! Magic Mouse and Off to Anyland travels has been the agency we have used for our trips!. Maralee delivers excellent customer service with a magical touch. I refer everyone I know to her and Magic Mouse Travel. Our most recent trip was to Ireland where she booked us a room in a REAL castle. Maralee is truly the very best in the business! She has got to know our family and she planned the very best vacation for our multi-generational family. The hotel was beautiful and had PLENTY of room for all 5 of us. We loved the beach and pools! Maralee also does an exemplary job choosing excursions that blew us away! Maralee is fantastic in working with families to plan an amazing trip. We've done 4 through her (WDW, DL, and 2 cruises) and would never even think about going anywhere else. She is honest about everything - the food, the restaurants, which rides were good for which ages, when to see the shows, which shows to skip. There was never any sort of up-sell - completely respects the budget - but lays out all the options for you with pros and cons only a true Disney insider would know. Also, she is always on the look out for deals - even after the trip has been booked. Less than a week before our WDW trip, she found us a much nicer hotel for the week, closer to Magic Kingdom, for about a dollar a day more. It was great and saved us so much time. Finally, she's a great listener who wants every person going to have an amazing trip.

Post Covid Getaway

Maralee planned our multigenerational trip to Disney and Universal Orlando. I am a seasoned traveler but with Covid complexities this year, I decided to use Magic Mouse Travel. Maralee designed the trip to my specifications, shared a wealth of advice and made our trip a huge success. No one I know who recently went was able to secure Rise of the Resistance boarding but we were able to go twice.
Hotel reservations in 2 parks, express pass at Universal (only way to go), park tickets at Disney, Disney Bands with Memory Maker, dining reservations, ECV rental, airport transit, conference calls detailing recommended park itinerary - she did it all and more.

Maralee has been amazing to work with! Her knowledge and experience in planning holidays for both Universal and Disney World has meant that I have not had to worry about the fine points. When I first contact Maralee I had little idea of exactly how long we should spend in each park or what was involved in planning the daily meals and activities. When you look at the websites and read the various tips about how to plan a Disney trip it can be very time consuming and over whelming. Luckily for me Maralee has been able to take the stress out of this by getting to know myself and my family. She has been able to organize experiances and packages that I would never have been able to do on my own, especially where she has worked with the park to tailor a package especially for us!
Maralee has also gone above and beyond in also helping the planning of our holiday outside of the Parks with Car Hire, day trips and all our accommodation. No request has ever seemed too hard to do, Thank you!

Maralee has booked two previous magical experiences for my family vacations to WDW in 2012 and 2016. This year I decided to use her to book the group travel details for my band trip. No detail was left undone! We spent a day at each park. We had fast passes booked for each day. The transportation needed to get us to our workshop and to early mass on Sunday was planned. We had MORE THAN ENOUGH food vouchers . The cost for airline, hotel, food, and park hopper tickets was unbelievable! I will definitely be contacting Maralee in four years when my band travels again to Orlando. She is THE Disney Queen!

This is the first time we have ever used a travel agent. Having been a Cast Member for Disney (although it's been 10 years) and having been to WDW about 10 times, I always made our arrangements. But since our last trip, there have been so many new innovations, with the Magic Bands, Fast Pass +, etc., I was a little overwhelmed when doing my research.
Several of my co-workers have been going this year and when I was chatting with one that had just returned, he recommended Maralee as she had arranged everything for them and they had a magical first visit with their young children. I still didn't think I would need or want to use a TA. I finally thought, what could it hurt and gave Maralee a call and haven't regretted it for a minute.
She is indeed a Disney expert. She had so much knowledge and insight and was a delight to talk to. We were also interested in adding on a few days at Universal Studios in Orlando for the first time. We were extremely pleased to find out she had lots of information on everything Universal as well! We have made many changes, started with 7 of us, then up to 8, a few only for 1 week and the rest for 10 days, then up to 9 total. all adults. Maralee has been great with all the changes, helping us with ADR's and soon FP+.
We are 9 weeks out from our trip and because of Maralee's help in planning everything out, we are definitely excited as we know everything is in place and it will definitely be a trip to remember for all of us "kids at heart".

I know don't any one that could be more informed about what Disney has to offer! Every step of the way, she had valuable suggestions to offer. She also knew about Universal Studios which made adding on to our Disney trip easier. I would definitely use her again!

Not even sure where to begin. Everything was perfect when planning our Disneyworld vacation with Maralee. From the beginning to the end she was there guiding us through it all. Disney can be rather overwhelming but she made it so easy! Always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her extensive knowledge on EVERYTHING regarding the transportation, parks, events, and resort were incredible. She outdid herself on this trip. Will absolutely use her again and refer her to anyone we know! Thank you Maralee!

Maralee was an amazing planner for our trip. She really listened to what we did and didn't want, her recommendations were spot on and we didn't have to worry about a thing! While a jam packed trip between the parks and a cruise it was probably one of the most worry free trips I've ever taken because Maralee really took care of every detail for us. On top of all that she is extremely nice, energetic and her love of Disney is contagious! Thanks for an awesome trip, Maralee!

I cannot say enough about our experience with working with Maralee! She came highly recommended by many friends and she was a God send! We did not know where to start with planning our family vacation and she was exactly what we needed. She was so knowledgeable and patient she answered all our questions and give us helpful suggestions about how to navigate our stay at the Grand Floridian and getting the most out of the parks. To be honest my husband and I were not very excited about going to Disney and were kind of dreading it. But Maralee and Disney made our stay so incredible we are looking forward to going again! We loved it all!!

Maralee is absolutely amazing! It was our first trip to Disney and I was apprehensive about going. I was worried about the time of year, crowds and of being overwhelmed with the massive options available. Maralee listened, understood my concerns and was extremely compassionate regarding concerns about our children's abilities and sensitivities. Bottom line is that this was honestly the best vacation we have taken as a family. There was never a moment that I felt stressed about where to go eat, what events to participate in, etc. We truly relaxed and had fun! She was available when I had some questions or when I wanted to surprise my kids and husband with gifts and cake in our room. I had not used a travel agent before except for work and I will NEVER take a family trip without using Maralee again! I do not use superlatives lightly, but this was by far our perfect vacation because of Maralee's attention to detail and expertise. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!!

Coming from Scotland where travel agents are just run of the mill and book there own package holidays we always booked our own trips over the Internet After traveling for a few years traveling to Walt Disney world in Florida we met the most amazing lady called Maralee striker she has changed for the better the way we look at traveling especially to WDW the amount of knowledge that she has is totally amazing and she always goes that extra mile to make sure that you are going to have the best most amazing time while you are on vacation nothing is to much trouble and they always put the customer first
it feels more like she is a sister to us and not a travel agent we would not consider booking any trip to the USA without her .
We have also met her a couple of times when she has been in Florida at the same time we were as she wanted to make sure we received all our little magical extras that she had sorted out
A big thank you to Maralee and all her staff At Magic Mouse Travel I hope to be a loyal customer for many more years to come and wish them lots of success and the recognition that they deserve as they make every trip more Magical than the last always making new suggestions from their own experiences I think Maralee has been to Disney more times than Walt himself

Maralee has helped me numerous times with both small trips and big trips, including Disney World and Universal Studios Florida and there's no one else I'd trust with my vacation time than her. She has all the insider information, takes the time to talk and explain everything to me so I'm not overwhelmed with the parks, the meal plan, and even the rides and lines. She is so thoughtful, and makes the vacation a true dream because there is nothing for me to worry about it as she's taken care of it - from reservations and fast passes to places not miss, drinks and food to try. I feel like I get the true vacation experience with my family - having fun and making incredible memories because there was no stress in planning, no stress in being at the parks and our trip is smooth and enjoyable due to her knowledge and planning. I can't wait to book our next trip with her!

Our trip to Disney was memorable mainly because our Travel Agent Maralee custom made it to fit our needs. With two teens she was able to provide us with the best package that catered for all. We had never been to Orlando and she planned it so that we had an experience in each of the theme parks. We all had a great time and my husband loved the fast passes that she arranged for in advance. She was available at all times and she knows Disney like nobody else I know. We are actually using her again for our Fall trip back to Disney and can't wait to visit the theme parks that we loved most. She provides a 5 Star Service and I'd not hesitate to recommend her to anybody looking for a magical and memorable vacation to Disney.

Unbelievable. Maralee was referred to our family by a friend and we were truly amazed. She planned our second trip to Disney World and after that has planned several more and we wish she would have worked with her for our first trip. She made every part of our trip memorable and looked into every detail. Herresort, restaurant, park and ride recommendations were totally on target. She saved us so much money and time steering is towards certain events and away from others. Her recommendations for he time of travel were perfect as we were able to avoid crowds and lines. We are traveling this coming November to Hawaii and Drcember to Disney and we just let her plan the trip for us. Give her your interests and food preferences and she will create a trip you will never forget.

Maralee has helped us with our vacation plans since my daughter was a little girl. Such wonderful memories over the past 15 years!She has planned our multi-generational Walt Disney World vacations five times with the sixth to travel later this year. We have also used her expertise for two Disney cruises and our family vacation to Hawaii.
Additionally, Maralee has amazingly personal experiences around the world and has arranged travel allowing us to explore our ancestors homelands and explore new cultures and experiences.

This is our second trip with Maralee and both experiences have been awesome. This time we traveled to Europe for a 3 week tour with a group of 10. Maralee planned everything from airfare to ground transport and hotel. We traveled to Paris, London and then to Dover for a week long cruise to Barcelona. We simply couldn't have done it without her. She made everything seamless and the hotel accomodations were always in the perfect location. She was available to us before and during the trip and ready and willing to handle anything that came up. In addition to the travel plans and tours in the various locations, Maralee provided excellent tips on overseas travel. We have recommended Maralee in the past and will continue to do so! Can't wait for our next trip!

I was skeptical about using a travel agent since, as someone who travels all the time, I felt like I knew how to book things exactly the way I wanted them. But after a little exploring our first Disney vacation on my own and feeling incredibly overwhelmed, I was thrilled to find her based on recommendations from friends. She was very responsive, able to quickly distill our hotel options, recommend what we needed and clarify what we didn't need She knew exactly how to get the right rides and character experiences for our family.
