When I have questions about any destination, she always finds the answer. And she is very helpful and supportive when I need to fill out complicated visa forms or plan the logistics of a trip.

She always helps us to secure insurance as my husband has multiple health problems thank goodness we have not needed to use insurance and has other helpful advice for us. Mary gave us lots of options to choose from for a river cruise. She supplied us with great brochures and was very knowledgeable about different cruise lines. When we had specific questions about different cruises, she was willing to research the answer, but most of the time she already knew the answer. Mary is an experienced knowledgeable agent that helped us pull together our "bucket list" trip to Italy and Greece. The planning could not have been better as she kept me more than once from making mistakes. Our trip came off as planned and we would not have changed a single day.

A few years ago we contacted Mary to help us with our first trip to Italy. We had limited time available, wanted to see as much as possible and keep the trip reasonably priced. Mary has been helping me make memories for my family for some time now. She helped me start a tradition of celebrating my "special" birthdays by gathering my children and their spouses together for a family reunion trip to someplace magical. the first trip held many surprises for the family and Mary helped me keep the secret even though I had to divulge the general destination in order to get them all there. It wasn't possible to include the same kind of surprise in the second special birthday trip, but even so the riverboat trip to the south of France exceeded all of our expectations. MARY plan ned a cruise on Quantum of the Seas for our Parkinsons group in 2007. The group included people in wheelchairs, walkers, and canes. Along, of course, with their .caregivers.She spent a lot of time talking with all of us and more importantly LISTENING to the questions and fears of the travellers. She even arranged a handicapped accesible bus to take us to the Port. She travelled with us and was TOTALLY availab le for the entire trip. We used it as a fund raiser and made $5,000 for our non-profit group. She is amazing with details and has incredible patience. I have used Mary as a travel agent since then and she is ALWAYS the one I trust.

Our trip was sooo much better because we had Mary planning it along with us. We are very experienced travelers and I had done a ton of research so we didn't really expect Mary to add that much to what we had planned. However, after understanding our preferences, she worked her magic. Mary recommended a different ship than what we had looked at -- with a better program, services and the penthouse cabin with a huge balcony for the same price of what we had chosen. Having traveled in Argentina, Mary was familiar with getting around there - the Visa fees, better neighborhoods to stay while in Buenos Aires and what to see. She found a guide for us in Iguazu Falls which worked out splendidly. He picked us up at the airport, gave us a wonderful tour of the falls from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides (over 2 days) and transported us to our hotel and then finally back to the airport for our return. I'm convinced if we had tried to manage on our own, we would have been very unhappy. This was a place where knowing the ins and outs made a big difference! Altogether we enjoyed working with Mary, felt no pressure to "comply" with her suggestions and had a superior more enjoyable travel experience than had we followed our original plans. We highly recommend working with Mary for any of your travel needs.

The hotel (The French Quarter) was perfect for us! It's a smaller property hotel so it's a little quieter (which I like), the kids LOVED the pool, and the food court was really good. The room was a little on the small side but to be honest, all we did was sleep in the room--we spent zero time hanging out in the room. The customer service at the hotel was top notch too! I would have no problems going back to this hotel again.

Overall we had a wonderful, Disney experience! There was not a single melt down the entire week (from either the children or the adults!) and we enjoyed every minute we spent together. If you ever have clients who are planning a first Disney trip, I would be happy to share some learned info if they need it!
