I have had the good fortune to travel extensively, both for business and pleasure, and always enjoy adding a memorable dining experience to any journey. I've been a golfer since I was a child, and appreciate the challenge and reward of trying new courses whenever possible, including All 3 Broadmoor courses, a handful of local military base courses, and some local mountain courses. My experience as a beverage manager and buyer for a restaurant on a 5-star property, an upscale steakhouse, and a major downtown hotel has given me the opportunity to visit upwards of 40 wineries in California, and about as many in Colorado (of all places). I've also toured a number of breweries and distilleries along the way. These experiences give me unique insight into the planning needs and wide variety of options available for the culinary traveler or golf aficionado.
