Hi there. My name is Bob. I am the husband of Stephanie, the owner of this agency. When she first mentioned that she wanted to become a home-based travel agent, I thought to myself, “that will be a nice little hobby for you, to keep yourself busy”. Well, that keeping herself busy has now become the thing for both of us. She asked me to help her, because she was SO busy. Then I became busy with it too. So much, that my career employer made it possible for me to retire also. Now we are both full time agents.I also enjoy bicycle riding, traveling (obviously), and I recently started taking music lessons, to learn to play an instrument. My music teacher is in for a tough road with me, as I have no musical experience prior to this.I enjoy doing group trips, honeymoons, destination weddings, and trips for couples and families. I also make a lot of bus and train travel arrangements for our local Amish community. I actually sell to Amish from all over the country. This review is for a group trip that included airfare, hotel accommodations, for at least one day in Paris and an Avalon river cruise on the Seine for 23 people. I was very impressed that Bob kept the arrangements of individual travelers straight, especially when it came to booking tickets for different sites people wanted to visit in Paris! I had a unique situation in that my roommate backed out and Bob was able to get my cabin downgraded, and the the single supplement waived for me relatively late in the planning of this trip. This all saved me a good deal of money which, of course, I am grateful for! Finally, I live just over two hours away from Bob. He made sure to mail my travel documents in plenty of time so that I was able to review them before we departed. This is my fourth trip with Bob and his wife Stephanie and I am sure it will not be my last.

Bob was awesome, and he found us a super deal.We had family in four different cities making things hectic on my side but Bob was able to negotiate it all with ease.
To make things even better, while on our trip we spoke to a couple that had booked through one of those website companies and paid $200 less than us but only got 4 days while Bob got us 7 we were thrilled with our costs

Bob made the process very straight forward for us. When we had any questions, he responded as soon as he could even if it was to let us know that he needs a little time to find our answers. He ensured that we felt prepared and reminded us of certain details along the way.
